Right Now
I think subscribers should be able to access the Right Now feature for free and not be limited to two free sessions per week. Or, allow for more free sessions per week. I have Grindr Unlimited and don’t think I should have to pay for additional features that could be included.

Remove fake and spam profiles
It's ridiculous that you can report profiles that are fake and send links to go to this site but yet nothing gets done about it. What's the use of having a reporting system for this if you don't do anything about it. This app has gone down hill so badly that it deters people from actually using it. Get it together Grindr

Stop trying to force us to subscribe to Unlimited!
I’ve been an Xtra subscriber for almost 10 years and I feel offended by the features you’ve been taking away just to push us into Unlimited. Now the ability to talk to people in other locations is limited too? How come I can only talk to 5 people in Explore? And why does the age filter now require at least a 5-year gap between minimum and maximum age? We can’t even block anymore? And this new Favorites button is awful!

Distance filter
PLEASE add a distance filter, roaming doesn't work, Im sorry but someone 325 miles away from me should not be considered "near" me, a distance filter would solve this, I only see people in different states most of the time.

Ads
Several companies have slowed their ad countdown way down to make the “5 seconds” last closer 10. Even the 30 second ads end up being longer. There’s no reason to have that many pop up ads with all the banner ads already there. It’s just greed, and I will not watch any ad through. I encourage others to do the same.

Please bringt back Favorites or a Contacts-Tab..
It provided information such as "last seen" and "distance" while the profiles were sorted. Why downgrade the app?

Fix your problems before changing the things that work and adding more paid features.
If you're going to spam adds so much atleast bring back the multi tiered paid options. Almost 40 bucks a month for features we dont need just to get rid of ad is absurd.

new favourite tab is a mess
Having it as a filter is not good. Small thumbnails, no details on distance, or last online, profiles with hidden distance now appear at the bottom.

Get rid of For You
*for You, isn't making recommendations based on my usage of the app and the profiles I look at or communicate with.
I'm fact, the *For You *feature** is pushing profiles to me that appear to be exactly like the ones I block on a daily basis.

Latest version does not allow to delete taps. This should be improved in future versions.

Add A “Looner” Tag
The looner community is growing very fast but is still quite spread across the world. It would be awesome if Grindr added a tag for “looners” which is a latex subset fetish to allow us to build a community and connect with one another! 🫶🏻

Not having an ethnicity filter
I cant understand why Grindr keeps on ignoring a request for an ethnicity filter...all that you succeed in doing is annoying your clients. Bring back the ethnicity filter so we can find who we are looking for.
