2. Limit results by COUNTRY

   For those that live near international borders (like San Diego), it is unfair that profiles from other countries (like Mexico) use up a lot of a user’s free results. Being able to limit results to people in the same country should be a basic feature.

5. Better Grindr Customer Support

   Grindr should have better customer support. When users are banned, it should not take a long time for a support member to reach out to them and help them and they should handle ban issues quicker, a few hours at the most, but less than 1 day. Grindr support should tell the user why exactly they are being banned and proof as well. They should have valid reasoning for banning or suspending user accounts and explain exactly how they are violating Grindr community guidelines. Grindr support should have virtual chat support as well instead of just reaching out through emails. They should work on their automated responses and not say the same thing to everybody, because that makes Grindr users think that support is not helping them and they are relying on bots to help them instead of a real person. Also, a Grindr user should never feel like they are being ignored by Grindr Support and there should always be a Grindr Support member available to help them and should not have them waiting a long time just to respond to their request for help emails or ban appeals. For bans that are not serious, Grindr should have like a limited ban like for 2 hours and the more serious bans should require submitting an appeal or reaching out to Grindr Support through email. Also, Grindr just needs stronger support, especially for banned users.

   Hey Grindr, how about creating stories for the app as well as stories (Instagram), Fleets (Twitter).
   In this idea, he works like the others, being able to publish photos/videos for 24 hours.
   Only people from their own city could see these stories, and if someone from another place wants to access them, they would have to subscribe to Grindr XTRA.
   In this Grindr Stories, it would also be possible to comment, people's photos/videos or react with the reactions already created by the app itself.
   Other XTRA features for this idea would be that only people who subscribe to the app can see who has viewed your stories.

9. Stop 'disconnected' when it is clearly not a network issue

13. Distance away, first people 12-16 miles away (hate it)

    Not sure if you all did the “distance” away (first people are 12-17 miles away) to try and mix up who is close by to you, but I absolutely hate it. Especially if they don’t have the distance feature on, I don’t know if they are close to me or many many miles away. I enjoy getting connected with people close to me, not far away, if I wanted that, I would search for people farther away. Please change this feature back, myself and a lot of people hate this. I really enjoyed Grindr over scruff, but because of this distance “issue” I have started using scruff more to chat with people close to me, until it is fixed.

    Find a way to limit these fake bot accounts. I’m tired of getting endless messages from obvious bot accounts. Do you allow these so we are forced to upgrade? They take up space in near by grid. I block 10 accounts a day
