Back up block profiles
It's time grindr have a back up block profiles u don't wish to see. Everytime grindr have a new updates it unblocks profiles we blocked automatically. This needs to end as an unlimited user. Also we want a multiple profile select profiles to block instead of doing for each profile. Some profiles are better off block permanently. Sorry enough is enough

Remove similar tags
Gamer/gaming, pupplay/pup. There is no need to have two of the same tags. This also applies to future tags like ABDL/diaper. Keep it simple.

Languages Spoken
Create a feature that allows users to select the languages they speak so that they can filter who they're able to communicate with. This also prevents the hassle of trying to figure out who speaks your language and who's using an online translator or who just ignored your message because the other person didn't understand you due to a language barrier. Furthermore, in the event that you decide to meet up with someone where there's no wifi connection, and this person doesn't speak your language, everything will be lost in translation. Require profile picture
75% of the app is closeted profiles its absurd. People should be inactive till they upload a profile picture. I don't feel safe or proud of a community that's a sea of endless black screens who speak in vague and shady ways. Or make new profiles to harass people after being blocked and you don't know who you've spoken to before because everyone has the same looking profile. Do better.

The grid reloads too often
The app reloads the guy grid way too frequently. I can't look at more than one guy before it resets and I lose my place. Also, it automatically reloads while I'm scrolling so I can't go more than 50 guys or so. Why am I paying for Xtra if I can't even scroll to see the additional lines? It's become very frustrating and I can barely use the app to meet new people. If the issue isn't resolved soon, I will certainly cancel my subscription.

Can you please help me understand why I am paying $39.99 per month for an app that has such a limited search filtering? For example, why can’t I just search for certain pronouns? Why can’t I search for certain genders? Why do I have to rely on you to add a specific identifier that I’d like to associate for myself? Why can’t I do a keyword search for the text that people put in their profiles? Why can’t the text of my profile be longer? These are basic items that should be in the Grindr app given its age so…

Scroll
I spend a lot of time scrolling to the bottom profiles every a few seconds the app refreshes itself and takes me back to the top. It's been like this last a few years.

Evaluate account before falsely banning
I think it's ridiculously that just cause I don't respond to someone or tell someone no they can report my account and get me falsely banned, it's bullshit that Grindr doesn't evaluate the account first and then ban if necessary.

Option to block faceless profiles from messaging
We’re already able to filter out profiles without profile pictures as is, so why not let us disallow faceless profiles from messaging us in the first place?

Promote awareness of monkeypox
Urgently post information to users helping people spot the early symptoms and rash characteristic monkeypox. T4T filter
Have a "t4t" tribe filter so trans people can look for other trans people rather than having a bunch of (gross) cis chasers pop up when selecting the "trans" tribe

Members with Xtra/Unlimited accounts should be able to share someone’s profile with other members in their chats.

Fixing the Bot issue
There are way too many bots and scams on this app. Every time I’m on the app now it spams me with taps from bots and scams, please find a way to fix this. I have 20+ in a row of just spam. Maybe a verification system through email or number so they don’t have easy access.

Right Now Feature Button.
Hello I unfortunately have pressed the “Right Now” feature 3 different occasions unwillingly & I do like the feature but I think it should be removed from the Grindr grid when searching who is nearby. I have an iPhone SE so this screen is very small & I click things by accident a lot
