Alternate subscription billing option
I wish there was another option to pay for a subscription aside from iTunes. I have family sharing and I don’t want everyone to see my subscription. There should be another way to pay

I need to be able to filter out visitors and people who do not live in my city
The app is forcing me to view and receive messages from visitors. I need to be able to hide my profile from them and not see them in my grid.

Are you trying to pair me with an advertiser or a hot guy?
This app used to be a place to meet hot guys, guys that have been a big part of my life. But now, it feels like the app is more interested in selling me ads and pairing me with a corporate sponsor. Sad to see and seems even harder to use. If feels like if I don’t pay for the app you intentionally make users profiles glitch every time I move around my city. Last update fucked up the pre saved messages
Since the last update the pre saved messages doesn't appear as a suggestion when I wrote the first letter of it, it was so helpful before. I have mane of this messages and now I have to open de tab and search the one I need, it's awful

Saved messages
Saved phrases are not prepopulating when I’m typing like they used to. I have to scroll through all my saved phrases rather than just typing the first few letters/words and having the suggestion pop up. This is extremely annoying!

Private personal videos
Just as you have the option to share private photos with others, you should also have the ability to share select personal videos with another individual if you so desire, with the understanding that this sharing should be by permission only.

The app should allow people to create a posting for future, or even in other cities for travel.
It would be great if there was a way to post if you’re going to be looking for fun on a future date, and maybe even the ability to post that in a different city when you’re traveling to allow you to

Add a messages response rate on profiles, similar to AirBnb
Profiles to display a response rate messages feature, for example 50% response rate. Also allow filtering so that people who don't respond to messages can go to the bottom of the search results.

Avoid iconography/ labels that indicates drugs/ or sexual services
Determine a component enough capable to identify when a user are using this iconography/ labels and take action (tbd)
The main proposition is to avoid as much as possible profiles that are actually selling drugs and offering sexual services, this are easily identifiable with emojis or specific words,

Let’s boycott that overbugged app
I've been using Grindr for 6 years and I've seen its quality deteriorate more and more. Fewer and fewer free features available and more and more ads to entice us to pay ever more expensive subscriptions for an increasingly buggy application: messages sent every other time, geolocation problems, deletion of conversation history, sudden disappearance of message notifications. I suggest that we collectively put an end to Grindr's monopoly on conversations between guys and that we all switch to better apps like Scruff for example.

DL feature to disable native alert
There should be a switch for “DL” users to disable the native notification alerts and sounds. For instance, when this switch is enabled, the sounds when sending or receiving messages should be the default sounds for your phone, not the Grindr sounds. This can allow very discreet users to have their notifications turned on without worrying about being exposed.
Or there can be radio options in the settings to choose what sounds or ringtone we want for Grindr:

Albums
I get that you have chosen to set albums as a premium feature but not all users can afford or want to pay for premium due to how little they use the app.
This I my suggestion: make it possible for free members to have 2 albums, but limit the maximum number of photos to 2-3 for each album or across both albums 5 maximum photos( 2 for 1st album pg only ie: face pics and 3 for 2nd x rated ie: body and private areas. Also screen shot/record protect all albums for free and premium. Then remove the limit…
