The app needs a feature to allow users to easily adjust profile image thumbnails if we are not pleased with how we cropped the thumbnail when we submitted the photo initially. The UX should be as simple as this:
1. Tap THUMBNAIL PREVIEW to open the cropping tool.
2. Pinch/drag to adjust.
3. Save & return to Edit Photos screen.

In current state, the user has to delete the picture and then go through the entire submission & approval process again. Then the user must re-order their photos after the pic is approved. This multi-step process wastes time for the user while forcing us to change our profile pic temporarily. The duplicative approval process wastes Grindr’s resources as well.
