Only fans, spam, filters, glitches
I subscribe to unlimited yet it’s getting harder and harder to find my type. Only fans and spams wanting me to go to sex websites are constantly in my messages and taps! People who I’m not interested in are tapping and messaging me. And the glitches in messaging and “online people” are ridiculous. Dating apps are suppose to filter what you are into yet Grindr wants to show u everyone. That’s not being inclusive at all! Profiles that say not into MEN! Then why are they on my grid! All you guys care about is money. I’m done subscribing enough…

Fixing the Bot issue
There are way too many bots and scams on this app. Every time I’m on the app now it spams me with taps from bots and scams, please find a way to fix this. I have 20+ in a row of just spam. Maybe a verification system through email or number so they don’t have easy access.

Get rid of the bots before everyone one leaves
Get rid of the damn robots before everybody leaves this is getting annoying. I’m about ready to jump ship move to a different platform.

Moderate profiles better. Lately every 4th profile is the say girl with the same clothes, they are obviously spam
Moderate profiles , if you don’t pay you have to verify or something to prevent all the fake GIRL profiles. Then there are the bots. Seriously for 300 hire some decent consultants and have your systems trained using genAI to weed out the non real profiles.

Why
So i see all the girls in Grinder which shouldn't be there. I go to delete their profiles only to find out you can only hide them. Well the dumbest thing you did was removed that function. Even though what you said was they would not be back on your grid. That's not true, ive now "hidden" a females profile twice and frankly grinder used to be better than it is now. Grindr driven fake profiles trying to get you to fake socials is beyond excessive. It steals grindrs credibility and for an app with no credibility the price charged is not business smart. We are all waiting for the day to use another dating app that is secure affordable and safe. Grindr is none of these. Thanks for nothing Grindr. If your gonna **** me dry Grindr could you at least spit on it??!! Dating apps are popular. Can’t wait for one to come out that recognizes and appreciates thier clients.

It's been a decade ...I'm using this app for so long time... Those you came and went ... For me it's about a generation changed on this Gr app.
It is so nice..... adriming hot ,cute,sexy boys. I enjoyed and enjoying. But only dating and likes each other.. I feel like a bore now a days .. I wish there could be some more updates such as songs playing , status (story) upload, and some current strikes upload just like whatsapp , instagram, and snapchat,.... A feature let's us control how close we want profiles to be so thet the app presents profiles within the selected distance
There should be a feature that allows the user to select a specific distance e.g 1km/mile so that the user can be able to receive a grid of profiles within that selected distance. This should also apply to users who choose not to display their distance

Make gender selection not optional or remove unspecified
Too many people, especially bots on the grid with unspecified gender so you can't even use that filter like 90% of the time. Make it not optional or remove it entirely as a filter option. Lol. Everyone has a gender even non-binary can identify as "non-binary" default of nothing helps nobody.

5000 album sharings
When you share an album for several years and you reach out 5000 sharings, the Grindr doesnt give you an opportunity to share after that and you face an error.
Nice to have either function which will give an opportunity to close an access for everybody either Grindr will clean up deleted Contacts From that list.1 vote -

remove hide function
Please remove the hide function, as it's useless and flawed. I'd prefer to keep only the block function, as it's much more useful, especially for those using the basic version. There are many profiles that don't interact with us, and it's better to limit them with blocks to reveal more new ones.

Do something about the ridiculous number of spam accounts
The number of spam accounts (mostly trans girls) has gotten completely out of hand. I get between 10 and 20 taps from them every single day! I spend more time reporting profiles than chatting with people at this point. It‘s genuinely ridiculous.

Grindr no longer takes our safety seriously when they removed the block feature and replaced it with the hide feature. Which you have to do every time you open app. To same profiles
