    Please disable taking screenshot and screen recording feature. Yesterday a guy took screenshot of my face and took my number he then added my number on my pic posted it as his profile pic. When I asked to remove he demanded money. I reported this and also blocked him... am concerned about my privacy and action taken on him

  5. Profiles without face pics should be limited

    It should have an option to forbid profiles without complete face pics from sending any text messages. In this case, these profiles could send Taps and they would be allowed ONLY to send pics and album in the chat. It would be possible to start the text conversation ONLY if the user that received the pics sent some text.

  10. The ban procedure impacts people lives and it’s taken too lightly, whilst limited support is provided.

    Dear @Grindr, I am writing to you with a heavy heart and great sadness. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I have been a loyal user of Grindr for over 10 years. The app has been an integral part of my life and has allowed me to connect with like-minded people and form meaningful connections.

    However, I was devastated to find out that my account has been banned without any explanation or warning. It has been several days since I last used the app, and I was simply trying to log in to check it when I found out…

  11. No syncing between apple products and constantly having my message history disappear (what’s the purpose of a backup copy after it went misg

    Extremely frustrating that there Grindr had created an app for iPad, however, the app will NOT display in the horizontal position (which most ipad user’s will TYPICALLY have their iPad in (the horizontal position and attached to a keyboard). The Grindr app will only display in the vertical position.. Frustrating.

    Also, why is there such a struggle for you all to let messages appear on more than one device. If I’m on my iPad and receive a message, that message will not show on my phone, at any point, after I have clicked on it on the iPad.

    So far only monthly payment is available. There is no chance of special 3-, 6- and/or 12-months payment special offer discounts. In addition, monthly pricing is extremely high. Could you please regulate this situation and giving more opportunities of payment special offers?

  19. give some context when you ban people

    I am tired of the constant bans this app provides, I always have to figure out what I did wrong, and I am still confused what happened. I send an appeal request and like 4 days later someone contacts me with no new information and just says a generic we have the right to ban people. I only got unbanned by proving my identity please make this better instead of just banning someone please provide them details to build a proper defense against false bans as they are a more common occurrence than Grindr LLC wants you to believe.

  20. Allow a one time New Account using the same

    Allow a one time delete and re create a new account using the same phone number. Not asking for a second account just the opportunity to start over now that I understand how the community works.
