Edge is ridiculously EXPENSIVE!!!!
I have been paying for unlimited for several years. The main reason is because I HATE ads. I also feel that services like Grindr should be paid for so that we can get better quality service. This new Edge feature is over the top and ridiculously expensive. I'm not desperate enough to pay that outrageous amount to unlock AI features that should already be available to me because I pay for Grindr. Having Madonna forced on me is also annoying. Please, for the love of fuck.
Get rid of all the trans people on here. Its gross. We (men looking for MEN) as this app has always been about, dont want to see that shit.
The chasers, the trans, none of it.
Make them their own app. Grindr has become sort of unbearable. Its sickening to see so many "female" profiles on here, its almost like you guys are trying to make us uncomfortable.

Distance Filter missing is Usability Issue
Now that your grid can be filtered by Favorites/Online, for example, if you keep scrolling you accidentally message somebody who is 1,000 miles away. Depending on how many people fit the filters you use, some people will be close but others (especially if their distance is hidden) could be very far away. It makes it awkward and confusing for both parities. Adding a distance filter is a requirement for making the app work properly.

Missing Pride Flag / Heatmap for San Diego
Hi Grindr Team,
San Diego is currently missing from the Explore heatmap and pride flag features. Could your mapping team please add them?
Please add Hillcrest as the primary gayborhood. It is the undisputed heart of San Diego's LGBTQ+ community, home to the Pride Promenade, the community center, and the city's highest concentration of gay bars.
Because the city is spread out, the contiguous queer community also extends into these directly adjacent neighborhoods, which should be included in the map boundaries:
* North Park
* University Heights

Passkeys & Spam Filters
Require Passkeys for every user. This would remove Bot accounts and people who abuse the system. Grindr does not appear to have any policy currently in place for Spam. This should be required as it’s a safety and usability problem. Each message should go through a Spam filter before it reachers the User. This would remove a lot of the worst parts of using this platform.

Add a Recently Viewed Profiles feature
Sometimes I accidentally leave a profile while browsing and cannot find it again. Adding a “Recently Viewed Profiles” option would make navigation easier and help users quickly return to profiles they are interested in. A privacy setting to clear or disable this history would also be useful.

There should be filters for everything that is able to be customized. It would make it easier to to find who you want and prefer.
