1. Stop allowing trans & trans seekers to take over gay spaces

Enough is enough already. Make a new app for them and migrate them over. This is not a place "for everybody", this is a gay space and it's annoying with all the limitations you bestowed upon us, it's vital for our grid not to be polluted. Same goes for other filters. You will never find your type on this app. Forget it. Unless you guys get your heads out of your rear ends and give us back better filters, make these trans people get their own app. If you have to limit the amount of guys we can see, then give us the opportunity to find what we're looking for better. Oh. And stop mixing far away guys into my grid! That's so annoying. I don't want to talk to some guy in Vancouver if I live in Calgary.

2. How to choose a CPA network for arbitrage

I want to start working with traffic arbitrage, but I don't understand how to choose the right CPA network. I've heard that the success of campaigns and the profitability of offers depend on this. Who has already worked with this and can advise what to look for when choosing a platform?

3. Make the app usable with a vpn. Why should i have to turn off my vpn to use the app?

I dont use the internet without a vpn as that is unsafe, however the app is basically unusable if my vpn is on, the chats dont load, orher users dont update, blocks and taps dont go through, messages never send. Its truly irritating and shouldn't be the case.

4. Is UAE'S BUSINESS PRESENTATION AGENCY the right choice for corporate projects?

I’m currently exploring options and came across a few teams known as UAE'S BUSINESS PRESENTATION AGENCY providers. Before moving forward, I’d love to hear real experiences from others who have worked with one. Do they usually help with structuring the content as well as designing the slides?

12. Add a filter "looking for age group"

I am a 48 year old looking for young 18+ guys. I want a filter that would show me young guys looking for my approx age. So in profile description if you add "looking for age group" 18-25, 26-30, 31-35 so on and so forth. It would be easier to find my type of guys rather than randomly asking all the young guys "interested in uncles?"

Buyers exploring properties for sale in Dubai Harbour are entering a market that blends luxury, connectivity, and future growth potential.

From compact apartments to ultra-premium residences, Dubai Harbour offers a wide spectrum of property options suited for different investment strategies. This guide explores why the area is gaining attention, what types of properties are available, and how investors can make informed decisions.

Why Dubai Harbour Is an Emerging Investment Hub

Dubai Harbour stands out for its prime waterfront setting, modern infrastructure, and master-planned development. It is designed to offer marina views, luxury residences, retail spaces, and entertainment facilities within one integrated destination.

Several factors make this location attractive to investors:

    Strong demand for waterfront living
    High rental yield potential
    Strategic connectivity to business districts
    Modern residential infrastructure
    Limited premium waterfront supply

As demand continues to grow, properties for sale in Dubai Harbour are expected to maintain strong performance in both rental and resale markets. With expert advice from Takween Aldar, investors can evaluate available units and select opportunities aligned with their financial objectives.

Apartments for Sale in Dubai Harbour

High-rise residences dominate the skyline of Dubai Harbour. Investors looking for apartments for sale in Dubai Harbour will find a range of layouts tailored to different budgets and tenant profiles.

These apartments often feature panoramic sea views, premium amenities, and direct marina access, making them highly desirable for both short-term and long-term rentals.

Studio Apartments for Sale in Dubai Harbour

Studio apartments for sale in Dubai Harbour are ideal for investors targeting high rental yields. Compact and efficient, these units appeal to working professionals and tourists seeking waterfront accommodation.

Studios typically require lower capital investment compared to larger units while offering strong rental demand.

1 Bedroom Apartments for Sale in Dubai Harbour

1 bedroom apartments for sale in Dubai Harbour are popular among young professionals and couples. They offer a balance of affordability and comfort, making them attractive for consistent rental income.

These units often benefit from marina views and access to luxury facilities, enhancing tenant appeal.

2 Bedroom Apartments for Sale in Dubai Harbour

2 bedroom apartments for sale in Dubai Harbour provide additional space and flexibility. They are suitable for small families or corporate tenants, increasing their rental potential.

3 Bedroom Apartments for Sale in Dubai Harbour

3 bedroom apartments for sale in Dubai Harbour cater to families seeking upscale waterfront living. These units offer spacious interiors and strong long-term rental stability.

    Investment Advantages of Dubai Harbour

Investing in properties for sale in Dubai Harbour offers several financial benefits.

High rental demand is driven by waterfront appeal and lifestyle amenities. Premium units command strong rental rates compared to non-waterfront areas.

Capital appreciation is supported by ongoing development and increasing global recognition of Dubai’s marina communities.

Liquidity is another advantage. Properties in prime waterfront locations tend to attract consistent buyer interest in the resale market.

With strategic guidance from Takween Aldar, investors can analyze rental projections, evaluate price trends, and secure properties that align with long-term growth plans.

    Lifestyle Appeal That Drives Demand

Dubai Harbour is not just a residential location. It is a lifestyle destination. Residents enjoy marina promenades, leisure attractions, and waterfront dining experiences.

The combination of modern infrastructure and scenic surroundings enhances tenant satisfaction, reducing vacancy risks for investors.

Connectivity to major commercial hubs further strengthens the area’s rental market performance.

    Key Considerations Before Investing

Before purchasing property in Dubai Harbour, investors should evaluate:

    Budget allocation and financing options
    Target tenant profile
    Short-term versus long-term rental strategy
    Service charges and maintenance costs
Future development plans in the area

Understanding these factors ensures sustainable returns and minimizes potential risks.

19. Maybe fix your total lack of safety measures

It is beyond horrific that this app is infested with fake profiles and bots. Even your damn ads consist of viruses. It is so hard for a normal person to create a profile and yet scammers have no issues getting access to this app and YOU DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. The last six months have been a bot hell and when you get a report you never react to it. It just says awaiting moderation. What in the lords name do you even spend your money on? You want people to pay... but for what?

20. Stop with the fucking adverts

Absolutely infuriating. This is more about money making than providing a service. You seem to care very little about user experience.
Too many adverts. Adverts are far too long. Adverts don’t allow you to get rid of them easily, the cross at the side doesn’t work and I have to click onto a fucking Temu advert. It feels like you don’t care about the type of advert either. Temu is a terrible company but you allow yourselves to be connected with crap, this doesn’t really put you in a good light.
What’s the betting you don’t read this because you really don’t care!!
