Temporarily becoming invisible
It would be fab, to be able to ‘pause’ your account whilst undergoing treatment for STIs. The profile will not appear on the grid, in chats or in favourites. We could mark profiles we have hooked up with and then when ‘pausing’ our profile this triggers an anonymous message to recent sexual partners within Grindr.

Add Education profile field and filter
For those using Grindr for dating, it would be nice to have an Education profile field that we could filter on. Choices like "High school", "College", "University", etc. would help find matches that are more likely to be compatible.

Discreet app icon update
The point of a discreet app is not be something random but all the options have hearts or something to do with dating. Can we create more options or maybe lets users generate icons by selecting a single emoji or from a selection of preconfigured icon.

Blank User Shield
The abundance of blank and photo-less profiles is concerning and incessant.
Allow users with photos the option to be invisible to blank users or to appear blank to those without profile photos. This would ensure a more equitable sense of privacy among pictured & blank users.15 votes -

Remove online & logged off profile quicker from grid 4 user privacy & less message disturbance once leaving app or silence till return featu
If the incognito feature can’t be made available free Members privacy and usage time rights should still considered. It’s increasingly disturbing the timing it’s showing a user is online after logging off with messages coming through hours after real time use of app. Often hours later messages arrive disturbing sleep social situations Understandably forever manually adjusting notifications etc will do this but if it’s to hard it’s a negative and like many starting to think it just getting harder to use App

O status hiv deveria ter uma opção de ocultar.
Em algumas cidades, o preconceito com pessoas que vivem com hiv é muito grande, ao ponto de divulgarem essa informação para pessoas fora do aplicativo.
Gostaria que dessem a opção de ocultar essa informação quando fosse necessário, pois uma vez que se coloca alguma informação no status de hiv, não é mais possível retirar.
Lembrando que por lei, temos o direito de divulgar ou não essa informação, e da forma que está, uma vez divulgado o usuário não pode mais retirar a informação.

Ratings! user ratings after meet ups
Allow users to post ratings or reviews for other users to see on profile after meet ups. User A could post user Bs review of them on their profile for others to see and read. Ex: “Met A for a walk while I was in town visiting. Hope to see A again if I’m back.” A could request B to review their meet up, review the feedback and choose to post B’s review for others to see.

Chat Backup Not Working - iPhone v9.3.3
On iPhone version 9.9.3, the app keeps telling me “Unable to back up messages. You may have run out of storage space on your device and/or iCloud.” However, I have plenty of space both locally and in the cloud. Any chance of getting an update to solve the issue?
