Há tempos venho notando que o app mostra os usuários aleatórios, mesmo que você altere a localização em milímetros, ainda assim, app mostra os mesmos perfis desço siderando totalmente a localização alterada. No passado essa funcionalidade era mais precisa e ao meu ver, da forma como está perdeu totalmente a utilidade.

Biggest pain point: Performance and spam
Hi Grindr team,
Thank you for creating a space where we can share feedback — I appreciate the effort being put into improving the app.
That said, the biggest issue I’m currently facing is a combination of sluggish performance and ongoing problems with spam or fake accounts.
Performance: The app often feels slow or unresponsive, especially when opening chats, loading profiles, or switching between tabs. Even on a relatively new device with a strong internet connection, the lag can be noticeable. It affects the overall experience and makes everyday use frustrating at times.

Ads shouldn't exist in general. But they foe sure should not pop up when truing to report a fucking hooker or scam bot advertisement.
Get rid of the fucking ads.

All you have to do is let people be normal on this app everybody does not need to sound like they have a disease or multiple diseases and everyone does not need to sound like a mutt or a hoe. It's the weird-ass nature that I can't even post to say I would like for a regular man with actual standards to hit me up and for us to be able to casually talk into getting to know each other through a smoking session. why ads on spam
Why do I have to sit through an ad to report spam?
I am getting multiple spam messages a day yet how you design the app is that whenever you click into a message from someone new you have to sit through an ad before you are able to respond, or in this case report them. Allow us to report spam directly from the message screen without clicking into the chat. Unless spam accounts are actually Grindr's way of boosting engagement with this now frustrating example of enshittification

Ok Grindr we get it, you want us to quit the app and reopen it so it gets more hits. If you’re gonna try killing us with ads can you at least make them relevant to gay people? I’m so fucking tired of seeing women on every fucking ad. And no I will never buy a subscription because it is a total waste of money

Stop with the ads. Like fr, i could not log on all day, first time i try to view someone’s profile boom an ad pops up. You think ima watch that shit? No, I close the app and reopen it and now I can’t find the profile i was looking at cause all day every day on the hour every hour yall have ads galore. Jackd don’t have this bs, neither does any other gay app ive tried. It’s grindr with ad paradise. Cut it the fuck out

I believe that Grindr has deliberately been overrated since transgender/CD( female impersonator)s were allowed to post their interests. ...
Wasn't Grindr originally designed for gay men looking for men, period?

Just a thought
You should make it so people don’t see you’ve viewed them unless they look at your profile for more then 10-20. It shouldn’t look like you’re interested just because you’re scrolling through profiles.

Do we get anything for donating besides a good feeling? I know some places offer video messages or signed gear. Is that standard practice or does it depend on the specific player?
