   List how long you have been using the app on your profile, from within grindr, don't allow users to select it. Can then tell who are scammers and fakes as majority join app then disappear days later.

2. Being able to live video chat with somebody

   There should be an ability to video chat live with somebody on the app if you would like to in private I should be a future on your chat section in their heart will you chat with them that if you would like to talk to them you should be able to hit a camera and be able to go live and chat with them no matter what they do in the room it's between them

4. Try practicing better customer service.

   Since I signed up this account I have been trying to purchase a subscription. I continually get denied on my purchase request. I have tried using multiple bank cards, gift cards and try to charge the charges to my phone. I keep getting an error message saying that they can't process my request due to a hold on my account. Now here's the bad part. Whenever I search who's on the system I don't get a choice between 9 to 18 profiles to choose from. And the same profiles over and over. I'm trying to increase my visibility and in the same time trying to use the service to increase my options on who I may want to connect with. But I keep getting denied. I think it awfully cheap and dirty dealing of grinder to give a small amount of choices before you offer them the package that can't be bought that would allow them to increase their option by 600 profiles. I think you guys could afford to open the purse strings a little bit and to offer a few more choices than a simple 20 or 30 profiles constantly being repeated to choose from. I wish that someone from grinder would reach out to me to either solve my issue on obtaining the extra package that would allow me the 600 more profiles to choose from or offer more free profiles to choose from. I'm not even quite sure that I want to spend my money if you guys are going to be so cheap and can't see and not being fair to increase that visibility and not being able to obtain the package to resolve the issue. I mean why should i. It just shows this company is greedy out for the company only and doesn't appreciate the customers who want to buy more from Grindr but they won't let the finger to help you resolve an issue to you so. It is not very good customer service and I'm not quite sure I want to give my money to a a business who doesn't offer customer service first over everything else. I suggest you guys reevaluate either your package pricing or let go of the purse strings and give us a fair amount of profiles to choose from if we're unable to purchase an extended package. 6. Não Expor intimidade e Particularidade do Usuário

   Hoje enfrento um problema grave, pois por ansiedade e traumas psicológicos isso afeta minha ereção e de mantê-la e nunca falei pra ninguém mais como ao iniciar vida sexual só adulto bem mais velho queria muito viver isso mais as minhas relações foram a maioria um pouco frustradas e por não ter recurso para me tratar com um médico especialista (urologista) e nem com um psicólogo. Começaram a espalhar pra todo mundo e virou assunto pra cidade onde moro. Agora estou passando por muito constrangimento e onde ainda não sei se foi uma ou mais pessoas com quem me envolvi ou pra quem eles contaram e estou de mãos atadas, pois se for investigar e processar só vai confirmar e virar ainda mais motivo de piada. Quanta crueldade que fizeram comigo. Eu espero que o Grindr possa fazer algo para ajudar aos outros não passarem por isso, pois pra mim acabou antes sofria bullying, cyberbullying, crimes contra a honra, lgbtfobia e agora gente da própria comunidade fazem uma maldade dessa, estou marcado pra sempre.

9. Price given the app doesn’t function as it should half the time!

   Don’t allow someone to create more than two profiles a year based on IP or Email addresses. This might stop these timewasters / keyboard warriors / fake profile guys from creating a new profile 2 mins after you block them! It really has become the most toxic app around!

    Los sistemas de rastreo automático que utiliza la Delhi ciencia para ciberataques es muy fácil que ingresen a su aplicación y los obtengan, mi perfil está siendo objeto de saqueo temo mi seguridad personal, debido a que la forma en que se infiltran para obtener datos aparentemente es muy sencilla, llevo más de 6 meses con problemas
    Con este aparato de teléfono y la primer señal fue un aviso de mi sistema de banco que se quería. Infiltrar he hecho de todo para evitarlo y ahora me doy cue ta que es su aplicacion

17. Implement photo protection on profile pictures

    To prevent and reduce the impact of fake/catfishing/ impersonation profile, why not put the same level of protection that is in the album to each individual’s profile pictures?
    Nobody likes to open the app only to find another profile that is using their own photos and pretending to be them.
    This would be a great start to combat spammers/ scammers.
    Another one would be to make it mandatory for a user to fill out the profile with a photo and basic details, otherwise they won’t be able to communicate with anyone.
    What you all think? Is it reasonable to have this?

    I work for the Health Department as a disease intervention specialist. Many patients don’t have contact with past hookups, it would be beneficial to send push notifications to users anonymously to get treated for contact to (chlamydia, gonorrhea, Syphilis (managed HIV)). DIS are struggling to control infection in the US population because of these apps.
