Age filter that goes BOTH WAYS
I am 18. I have my filters set to 18-22. For every users safety, there should be a way to filter out the people who are not in this age range from contacting ME. I am constantly disgusted to open my messages and find gross messages and pictures from 60 year old men. I don’t even want them looking at my profile.

Age verification
There should be some sort of age verification required for new and existing users , because there are a lot of guys who are over the age of 40 who have their age as 25-30, which makes it hard to find people around my age to chat with

If you go stealth and someone has put you among his favourites, you will appear further or closer depending on where you are. Basically: people
Who has your profile as a favourite one, will know that you are in stealth mode because he will see your profile travelling around in the favourites’ page. This is a bit ridicoulus for a supposed, but not completely real, stealth mode. You should change this.1 vote -

Mettre en place un système de certification sur Grindr. Beaucoup trop de faux profils. Le système de vérification avec carte d'identité et photo de vérification serait une bonne chose. Non seulement, les utilisateurs prouveraient qu'il s'agisse bien d'eux, mais aussi pour les autres. Un badge Grindr certifié serait réellement une bonne chose !

Shoe Size Filter/Ethnicity Filter!!!
Give guys the option to include their shoe size and allow others to filter according to such. Also, restore the ethnicity filter. It harms everyone and protects no one. I pay for unlimited, so I should have a say in what I get. Users want these features. We are paying you. We can use the unpaid version, so we will get what you give us. But you have paying customers. It would be best if you listened to what we want. Thanks!

Show users distance range/ filter profiles with no distance
Firstly, let me preface by saying that I understand very well the reasons for not showing someone’s distance if he/she does not want it shown. It can be a combination of privacy, safety, both or something else.
That being said, I get a lot of messages from people that hide their distances. Additionally, if I am using filters and the results are only profiles that have distances hidden, I don’t know if I’m talking to somebody 5 miles away, 500 miles away, or 5000 miles away.
We can preserve someone’s safety and privacy while at the same time helping other…

Alternative app or section for (or allow effective filtering of) Trans community
I'm a gay man, as are the majority of those who use Grindr. Subsequently, I'm not looking to meet woman, nor unsurprisingly do I find women attractive, which is making gay (and bi) male on male networking very laborious. I will be leaving this app in the near future if this doesn't change, as it's effectively becoming a hookup site for "straight" men looking for Trans women. Isn't that what Tinder and Bumble etc are for? Why aren't Trans women using those sites instead of trying to find dates or hookups with gay men - it makes absolutely no sense.

Hide/Unhide/Verification
Verify everyone even if they want to hide their profiles pictures, but at least we know they are verified.
Just have options to allow hide and unhide profile to whoever they are interested with instead of sending them the pictures directly just unhide but not allow screenshots.

Make body pics mandatory and ban fake pics
Make body pics mandatory. I understand someone may not wish to put their face for everyone to see, but there's nothing to excuse no body pics. Also, ban pics which are of else than the user, e.g. anime drawings and other stuff like this.
