  1. Deleting Profile Photos

    When adding a new profile pic, I delete the original one, then upload the new one I want. My photo deletes, the new one shows up with the clock, I hit save and wait. When I click on my profile again, my original pic is back and my new one is in the second slot. I'm running the beta version of the app and all I find are glitches.

    Can you offer complimentary subscription to disabled people, please?

    Many of us would gladly upload an official proof of our disabled status to prove our eligibility.

    Most of us live on/below poverty line because our disability often prevents us from getting/keeping a job.

    It's bad enough to have to deal with prejudice and ableism within LGBTQI+ community when it comes to dating.

  3. I payed for a new supscription 10 days ago and its not working. And you dont reply on your “help e-mail”.:(

    It would just be nice to get help when you pay for 3 months and it doesn’t work. I reached out several times but no reply and the app don’t work.

    I see different options. Bears is for guys who are looking for bears. Twinks are for guys who are looking for twinks. How about the bears who love guys slimmer/ muscular then them how do we search for those by adding “chasers”. Usually that option shows us who loves us bears and it would be so much easier for us to find someone who’s interested in us . Thank you

    Market a boost extra feature and choose to boost only to Tops or Btms.? A super boost and you can charge another &5.00 I think on top of the 9.99.

  7. Verified profile option

    Allow users optionally to verify their profile and show that on their profile. As tinder and other apps do. That will reduce catfishing and will create safer place for people to engage.

  8. See people more closer to your general area

    This is a feature I think would be more suited for XTRA/Unlimited. My idea of a feature request is to have a filter that allows you to see guys which are more realistically closer to you like 5-10 miles away I know there may not be many profiles/users to view but I still think it could be a feature to think about possibly bringing to XTRA/Unlimited.

    Just saying thanks to the development team and whoever is writing the product roadmaps for all the updates this past year, Grindr feels safer, more stable and loads with no noticable latency pretty much all the time ... And love that the library bloat appears to be gone. Great job.

  13. Grinder doesn't work probably in the Middle East

    The app keeps closing with out any reason I don't know if grinder is under attack in the middle east but I know for sure that we are highly depending on grinder so this problem should be solve soon we use grinder more than any other application

  17. Adds never fail to load but messages constantly fail to send 🤔

    Whilst I don't mind the adds to keep Grindr free it would be good if they just close when you hit in the x instead of going off to other adds or play store, sometimes having to close up to 3 times or more or actually closing the app to be able to get back to Grindr, it is extremely frustrating that the ads never fail to load but issues with messages not sending continue update after update. If the app features worked smoothly in the free membership it may encourage me and others to pay for the xtra or…

  18. Undo the 'gender filter' changes made on 26 April 2023.

    On 26 April 2023 you removed the 'Trans Tribe' filter and replaced it with the 'Gender filter.'

    I'm an Xtra subscriber and you haven't 'replaced' anything. The 'Trans Tribe' filter is gone and there is no 'gender filter' showing anywhere in my app, so you haven't replaced one with the other, you've removed it and anything resembling it within Grindr Xtra.

    I can only assume, therefore, that you've locked it behind the Grindr Unlimited tier and expect us to pay £25.99 per month or £311.88 annually to unlock that core feature - something I refuse to do because it's frankly…
