1. Ban Appeals

   There needs to be a better way about appealing bans. You should tell the user why they have been banned.

   I’ve just received a ban and I’ve been on gridnr for over 10 years on/off and I’ve never done anything. I’ve contacted Grindr regarding the only very small possibility (created another account) and I’ve received no response. That was two days ago. There needs to be a better way of contacting Grindr directly?

5. Profile

   It would be nice not having to take a photo of someone profile to translate it there is no feature to copy and paste the profile to Google it's such a pain.
   Ovv not everyone uses Google translate but I live in Mallorca and the people are Spanish and we have Germans and french and Dutch people here and taking photos all the time is a pain in my bum. Just saying

    Please, trying to get someone to pay $29/momth (or something) for XTRA, make it available to purchase individual features that they want. In MY case, I prefer non-screenshottable photos and multiple albums over the advanced filters. I promise, I’d much, MUCH rather pay 2.99/momth for hidden pictures over that horrible $39/month xtra subscription. Im a senior vp of marketing on a daily basis (fortune 5 company). Making that subscription number look smaller (and not by the week, (golds gym suffered from this), offer maybe $10/month for hidden pics and (unlimited hidden pics and erasable addresses) this is SIMPLE privacy.

    TLDR: big numbers for subscribers are scary, make it à la cart for a customized experience

12. Biometric fingerprint Features Enable On/Off (scanner not functioning)

    I need to express the convenience of finger print scanner biometrics to open app it so happens that once you setup pin the working features only is face id and some darkest areas that your smart phone can't open it up and you need manually inputed pin it is so important some user need to instant access. You can add on features enable biometrics on/of upon setting up most especially new or advance users.

    Please bring back ethnicity feature. I live in a country where I am a minority and I get rejected on a daily basis by majority of the people due to my ethnicity. Despite of having a paid subscription, I don’t get to see people of my ethnicity. I would rather like to meet people who can accept me instead of seeing a large number of guys who are not interested in me. Please fix the app and bring back the filter. If someone is racist, they will not stop being racist because you have removed a filter.. you have rather made us face more racism by removing the filter. It might look like a major step to show case in media but people on the receiving end of the racism are rather suffering more in this app. unfortunately now I am far more depressed and disappointed because lack of any connection in this app.
