  2. Why in the world would you take away the search feature? It was the only way to refresh the location since the app nearly never does

    After years of premium you may have finally found a way to even make me quit you too, so sad.
    Compounded by the fact that I can’t even find a way to contact you directly after years of paying you I can’t even email let alone call.

  3. ABOUT ME only displays first 2 rows

    For the last few weeks, ABOUT ME only displays first 2 rows of what is typed in this field. Previously, it displayed everything that was typed in. This is true on my profile and all others that I see. Very annoying because this field is important to get insights on the user profile.

    Every time i go to grindr i keep getting the same notification of someone who that texted me, but i’ve already saw the message, so y’all better fix that, cause grindr is getting worse.

  5. Lower your prices and expand features

    Your pricing for paid subscriptions are way too high! The intermediate plus plan is barely worth considering at any price as the real good features don’t kick in until the unlimited level and that is so pricy that it’s a wonder whether you wouldn’t have a much better profitability with pricing that increases demand enough to entice much more paid usage and more equitably distribute access to premium features across your user population. The recent addition of a la carte feature options is not any better as it is even more expensive proportionally and a total ripoff. I can’t imagine…

  6. Users should be required to complete their profile, before having access to the rest of the app. including a valid profile picture

    To many fake, mean, or even malicious users get blocked or frequently delete thir accounts, just to quickly make a new one just to discreetly continue to harass or picture farm or worse.

    Why do we have to have a new name for male and female as in the term cisgender. That word reminds me of a horrible time in my youth when people threw around the word Sissy to hurt gay people . I'm 62 years old and after all those years fighting for equal rights for gay people getting my head bashed in then getting arrested for simply doing sit-ins in various state capitals just basically trying to stop people from using the word queer and Sissy and now this generation is embrace those terms it sucks there's a horrible terms…

  20. Whatever you've done to the app this month, turn it back...

    You had one job. Help guys chat and hook up. You are doing the total opposite of that, because the app is now so broken it's as reliable as a condom made of tissue paper.

    The recent updates have been a dumpster fire and either you don't know how to fix it or you don't care to, because it's been weeks and most of the core functionality of your app is broken. Pictures don't load, messages vanish into the void, and "unable to refresh" pops so often I've given up trying with your app at all.
