  5. 1. Can’t search messages, 2. Taps are locked, 3. Explore can only unlock 1 profile. With 3 times as many ads now, why take away things.

    This app is obviously becoming money hungry. There are 3 times as many ads running now and yet you are taking away functions that made grndr fun for young people. Young people often can’t afford to pay for upgrades and this is the population that most people want to interact with and you’re literally making them want to leave grndr bc everyday there is less options unless u pay. Why have ads then? Also why are chats being deleted after a year? Just let us keep our chats if you are worried about space. So many annoying changes for the…

    Upgrade your technology to prevent daily spam and fake accounts. Or introduce an authentication procedure. I get spam almost daily from users trying to solicit my personal information.

  14. Race be added to tribes...

    Add races to tribes to decrease any targeting and increase traditional understanding of boundaries such as linguistics, social habits and customs. Especially when it comes to a white guy not understanding certain social behaviours and not knowing what to look out for in terms of safety... I don't know what you target race ratio is but it's not fun being robbed and you didn't even see it coming... Serious PTSD when it comes to this app... I can't even imagine surviving or ever using it again if you're one of the abduction cases in jhb.

  15. How about not have advertisements that require not one, not three, but FIVE X button pushes alternating on different sides of the screen.

    ... Pressing the X button 5 times on a single advertisement just to get back to chat is simply obnoxious and unintuitive and makes me not want to ever use this app ever again. If advertising is the revenue cash cow of modern corporations, allow me to be the exception where I take my time to talk to half naked dudes somewhere that doesn't force me thru a capitalistic hellholl just to get some h*le pics. Hitting one X button on an advert was bad enough. 5 X buttons on alternating corners of the screen is where I say fuck…

  17. show the registered date to prevent the user from having a fake account or a con artist

    there are too many fake accounts from con artists. that wastes people's time and makes people take risks. showing the registered date of the user could let people know who is more likely to be real. thank you very much!

    Can we please get the app from a month ago back? Albums crash, messages don’t show up, some won’t send unless I get off WiFi. Did we get rid of send? Offline guys not in cognito are delivered. Like why??
