   I like a type of man. I have the option to put my ethnicity into my profile. If the option is there to put in my profile, there should be a filter to search for that ethnicity. It’s simple. Bring it back please. I can’t find the type of guy I like without scrolling needlessly.

3. Allow filtering by hiv status to allow poz guys find other poz guys

   It would make such a huge difference to poz guys if you could let us find other poz guys. This won’t get many upvotes because it doesn’t affect most users but for those of us who are poz it would be a huge improvement to our lives to be able to find other poz guys, so please please implement this 🙏. Perhaps the filter can only be visible to guys who have their hiv status as poz on their profile if you’re worried about prejudiced people abusing the filter. The filter could also be only for finding poz guys instead of filtering out poz guys, though personally I’m happy to be filtered out by prejudiced people as I dont want to get messages from them either.     My niece, who is white, prefers to date men of color. So, she wants a dating app that lets her explore her preferences. Does that make her racist toward white men?

    Me, I’m most attracted to Asian men sexually and romantically, but my friends are all the colors of the rainbow. Does that make me racist?

    While I think your intentions were good, this is the wrong way to address racism. Plus, as I can tell on this comment board, I’m not alone in my sentiment. I’m using other apps much more that allow filtering by ethnicity.

    Instead, how about a no tolerance policy for users who demonstrate actual racist speech or actions?

    I’m so disappointed that there are over 21 pages of propositions to add a chaser identifier to the app consisting of dozens of prompts each and those collectively having thousands of votes- and still nothing is done. This is not a complicated ticket to complete?

    I want to understand why this goes unheard and remains unacknowledged

    What is the purpose of maintaining this “uservoice” web domain if it is just an echo chamber?

    Guys- Grindr is the standard dating app for gays in North America. Please just make it mutually accessible for bigger dudes looking for chasers, instead of forcing us to just “shoot our shot” with 1000 shallow body shaming boys, in search of the fraction of guys who would happily click “chaser” as a tribe and tag.

    I have watched tag after tag be created for feet, toes,pee trans, stepstool,,pup,otter, but yet still no one has taken the suggestion of putting CHASER as a tag after being posted on this board for YEARS.What is the fatphobia surrounding this?     A simple solution would be on signup it will use your current location as your home Country and/or have you choose your Country of residence. From there you add a filter option that reads something like 'only show people in the same Country". For those living in border cities who can deal with cross-border travel and would like to have the option, just leave the filter unchecked. For the rest of us in border cities who do not want to see people in their neighboring country, the filter can then be used and only show people in the user's home Country

    1) Please add an option for users to indicate their gender (Man, Woman, Trans Woman, etc.) and sexual orientation (Gay, Bi, Straight, etc.) on their profile.

    2)Allow users to search and filter for what they're looking for based on these criteria. For example, "looking for gay men", etc. The grid will only display results based on these criteria.

    If you don’t like taps they’re the most annoying thing in the world, and yet you’ve made them central to the UI and made favourites (by definition already an area of prime interest) harder to use by applying residual filters to it; we’ve already done the hard work on selecting our favourites, we don’t need active filters applied.
    Instead of all this dust rearrangement, how about your Product team spends more time detecting and blocking fake accounts? Actually add value for the customer rather than finding ways to fill a two week Sprint with nonsense.
