removing links / social media handles
REMOVING links/and other things like connecting social medias only leads to spam users abusing grindr as a way to promote there business or lead users away from the app and into other suspicious links. If a user wants to share that information it should only be done via messages if the connection between two users is genuine. Instead of spam accounts creating accounts that arent ment for what the app is intended for and just creating a stream of billboards

I think that Grindr should find a way of figuring out all those persons that are asking face pics without a single intention of meeting and that is just for malicious purposes such as intimidation, gossip in any event nothing good comes out of it. Since grindr can use AI to analyse the chat and see whether a uses is commonly doing this type of behaviour moreover they should be able to spot it. Actually moderate the platform
Recently I’ve started seeing bot accounts with the same username and profile pictures copy and pasted all over my feed. Blocking them doesn’t work because a carbon copy just pops up minutes later. They don’t respond to messages and have links to onlyfans profiles in their bios. I’ve even seen pairs of these accounts using the same profile photos right next to each other at the same time so it is so blatantly a scam. Q los usuarios tengan un sistema d puntuaciones y de reseñas, incluso q te deje poner una reseña desp d bloquearte. Las reseñas q sean respetuosas y honestas por supuesto. I get that grindr is trying to be inclusive but this is an app for GAY MEN Not heterosexual women and trans women who are sex workers alot of trans are not here for hookups they are here for sex work which is illegal in most countries this is why I don't want to pay a premium subscription too many sex workers here especially in South Africa

Common sense in implementation
Try actually using contextual referencing or doing a job yourself instead of policing all speech in profiles by blacklisting words like pay all so you can cheap or further while trying to make more money.I can't even say the phrase paying attention in my profile no way I would ever pay you a dime with that o wait sir can't say that word

Photo ID introduction / Subscription Prices / Reporting Accounts
Photo ID Verification needs to be introduced due to fake or blank accounts on Grindr globally being used and created on a consistent basis.
XTRA & Unlimited subscription prices need to be significantly reduced as the price of these subscriptions are not properly justified for the high cost.
Profile Photos by now should be mandatory and cannot be removed to further prevent blank accounts, each photo must be assessed by Grindr to ensure that a face is in one's photo they upload to again prevent ones from using a random black or white photo which may not have a face…
