2. Face photographs should be mandatory to join Grindr

   I believe Grindr should make it mandatory for any user to upload their face photographs before they can join and create a profile. It is very annoying how profile users with blank profiles trick other users by viewing their face images and then blocking them. Grindr is an App used by gay & bisexual men, we all are in the same category, so why hide your face. Restrictions from screen shooting should apply so that images aren't captured, but I very strongly believe that face images in order to create a profile on Grindr should be mandatory, yet I myself am a 100% discreet guy. 5. Adding a function that shows what the other person is looking for, right away on the profile, not in the description.

   Right now, the categories are hopeless and don't actually work properly at all. As if someone has a selected category that they want to meet to get to know each other and maybe want to be in a relationship, but they are only looking for sex.

6. Improvements to photo verification or mandatory face photo.

   I don't know how the photos that land on the profile are checked, but it doesn't work as it should. Every second may have a naked body on top and will not be blocked, or some strange picture that means nothing to the person's appearance. Such photos should be removed.

7. The new look of the application.

   The app needs a new design as many other apps are currently undergoing an aesthetic revamp. Compared to them, Grindr seems almost unchanged over the years and you can see that it has aged visually. The minimalist design needs to undergo a redesign for 2023. These are just a few suggestions that can improve quality, consistency and user experience.

   Changes such as:

   • Added nicer subtle curves.
   • Added slim spacing between profiles, including visible spacing between content and advertising.
   • Changing the dark gray background to black.
   • Added much more animations and micro-interactions including pulse effects.
   • Non-linear layout (removing only the top-bottom form, and the positive also the possibility of right-left).
   • Changing the colors of yellow and faded blue to orange as it was originally but with a gradient.
   • Added luminous gradients.

11. Put date created on feedback suggestions

    Feedback voting should have date created so we see how long it has been on the list.
    Consolidate ALL suggestions saying blocks are broken and we will see Hundreds of critical votes and maybe they will get fixed.
    Fix the log in process to this feedback voting system.. it stinks and support doesn't help

    En otras aplicaciones se verifica la identidad de los usuarios, sería realmente útil si usaran algún tipo de mecanismo para verificar los perfiles y así evitar la suplantación de identidad y cualquier otro tipos de estafas que puedan realizarse. Que ponga que un perfil es nuevo no tiene efecto por lo menos en cuanto a la seguridad y verificación.

    We have the ability of using text boxes and drop-down boxes in the edit profile section to show who we are. Why not give us that same ability in our profiles to show what we are interested in? For example, if someone has a very fixed idea of what he wants in a guy, he can fill out that section of the profile using similar drop-down boxes currently there for your own information. You only want somebody between the ages of 25 and 30? Select that as an option. You are versatile but only want to consider guys who are tops or Vers tops? Let us select that in the profile. Additionally, other users can then search for this information, whether it’s a free search or part of a paid membership. Just imagine how nice it could be if instead of searching for somebody who is a top, you can search for somebody who is a top it off at once also wants a top (or whichever combinations they want.) because as it stands right now, there’s no way to search for someone apart from what they are, not what they want.

    I think can be cool to be able to leave a review about someone we met , for fun or whatever. Il will make him anlredy genuine and will help others to feel more confident about new encounters , especially if they have a few cool reviews. It will also make the community to be more wise and respectful towards others . Less rude and more serous about what teyre after .

    Make a filter to only show men 50 miles away or less as this is Grindr and it started as a gay app I would like to only see Men not trans or females in my search also make a std filter to show negative negative on prep poz or poz undetectable in the search. Also make a host or travel filter and a has a vehicle or not filter would be great too as well as a multiple block by holding down on there pics would be great to make room for my type vs going one by one

18. Stop surpressing profiles of subscribers!

    So, you've taken to suppressing the profiles of those who are paying you upto £300 a year, giving them the option to boost their profiles to be seen by more people? Are you really that hard up for money that you need to cash grab from those who are already paying for your service? That is low, even for you lot. This practice is shady and desperate, it needs to stop. Immediately.

20. Location in my opinion is way off. Ie: 48 miles away is not nearby. Or 67 miles away. I'm in PA so why am I getting profiles from NY/NJ

    Fix the issues on location. It defeats the whole point of the app. Meetups/friends nearby etc...
