6. App crashes the second it opens

   I know that uninstalling the app and reinstalling it would most likely fix this issue, but I cannot access chat backup without the app crashing. Please add some way to have chat backup without needing to open the app because otherwise I’ll lose the vast majority of my chats!

9. Make it easier to recover an account by letting the qpp open and retrieve account details

   I recently got blocked from the app. I dont know why. It would be helpful to be given info about any offence and a chance to submit an appeal from the app. Its been a longtime since I opened the account so I don't remember all the details.eg email, phone, google creation or email.

10. My messages are not sending. I’m online but they won’t send. Is there a bug in the app right now?

    Messages are not sending and it looks like I am on the app. I see people but the messages won’t send. I sent them to friends I’ve already chatted with and they are not sending at all.

17. Less mobile data usage

    It appears to me that grindr uses a lot of data (eg easily dozens of MB per session, while other apps use only a few MB per session, similar usage behavior). This is a pain when traveling abroad or for people with limited mobile data.
    I think this could be either optimized (better caching, better workflow with optimized image compression etc) and/or advanced settings (eg optionally disable most images in mobile network, just use chat, as a data saver option).

20. Right Now Feature Button.

    Hello I unfortunately have pressed the “Right Now” feature 3 different occasions unwillingly & I do like the feature but I think it should be removed from the Grindr grid when searching who is nearby. I have an iPhone SE so this screen is very small & I click things by accident a lot
