Dear Grindr Team,
I want to share my experience with your platform, both as a user and someone who has been in recovery from meth addiction for the past four months. Two years ago, I was introduced to meth through connections I made on Grindr. While I acknowledge that my addiction is not the fault of Grindr itself, the platform unintentionally enabled my use and subsequent addiction due to the ease with which drugs are promoted, sold, and accessed through bios and display names.

*for You, isn't making recommendations based on my usage of the app and the profiles I look at or communicate with.
I'm fact, the *For You *feature** is pushing profiles to me that appear to be exactly like the ones I block on a daily basis.

Common Grindr it’s about time the option To search for chats are certain chats in particular via the name of keywords it’s about time this was brought back. It was a really handy feature especially if you didn’t favourite up in the chat. Remove the right now from hovering over my screen, it’s so annoying

views constantly appearing
Since the new update, the UI is constantly showing me the most recent view in a pop up window and a constant reminder of how many recent views I have. If I click on my views, it should be an indicator that I'm aware I was viewed and stop bugging me every 5 seconds with a pop up that I was viewed. New viewers/taps page is awful
Not only do you provide a page that shows the last three viewers of your profile that you can't interact with without paying ridiculous amounts of money, but now in the latest release you're making it front and center as opposed to taps? I get tap notifications all the time and when I click on them, now it takes me directly to the views page instead and then I have to tap again to get to the page to show who has tapped me?

Bring back Spotify tracks on profile
I noticed that Spotify tracks are no longer visible on profiles. It was a great feature to find people with similar music tastes. Could you bring it back and maybe add filters based on music/movie preferences?
This way, conversations would be more interesting and not just based on pics and boring/repetitive conversations.

2FA & ID verified
2FA for account security (duh)
ID verified (optional) with the appropriate filter attached to confirm you're talking to real profiles. There are too many fake profiles being made, this would allow people to have the option to only communicate with people they know for a fact are who they say, while also allowing discreetness for those who chose to not participate.

Report even after blocked
There should be a way to report someone even if they blocked you…for example i was just talking to this guy and for some reason he didn’t like my “ name “ and so he thought he’d just open the chat and say some stuff and when i respectfully replied he didn’t like my reply and called me a bunch of slurs and if I’m being honest he even included my family…and as soon as i was about to reach for the report button he blocked me…so i think there should be a way to report someone even if they…
