1. STOP UNFAIRLY BANNING GAY MEN!!!

   I have been unfairly banned permanently for "hate speech". In reality I just said no the sexual advances from trans women.
   Those trans then started telling me to k!ll myself, to f#ck off and die, called me the F slur, called me bigoted and then threatened me and my family. I reported them and I received a message to "be kinder going foward" and when I reported a second time I was told "no action is being taken".
   Then I was suddenly banned for "hate speech". I was informed that I am permanently banned because grindr is a safe space for diversity. Do not make me laugh. Grindr was a space for GAY MEN but now we are being forced out of our space for trans people and women.
   Stop ignoring the concerns of gay men, start listening to us, stop immediately taking trans side, stop ignoring the reports from gay men about nasty abuse from trans people and women.
   Grindr us a disgusting sh!t covered shell of its former self. Women, trans people and trans worshippers have ruined yet another gay space.
   You should be ashamed of yourself.

2. Tags for ABDL and Diapers. There should be more ways to filter

   Existing tags don't cover ABDL community. WS and underwear is not the same thing. And ABDL is kind of diverse. Should also be a way to distinguish the adult babies from the diaper lovers. ABDL is definitely not for everyone. So would be extremely useful to be able to identify exactly instead of having to approximate with other tags. Especially when people don't fill out their profiles

3. Chat Backup

   is it me or chat backup doesn't work properly, on multiple ocasión i set my chat backup and seem every time I do so it fails to save for auto back up daily. would be nice IF THEY SOLVE THIS AND enable auto backup frequently not just daily, weekly tec.

4. Hey I know your Grindr sound notification is notorious but a different less grungy or cringe sound would be great.

   A new sound that sounds embracing or if even less specific from the current notification sound. I shouldn’t have to silence my phone bc of the anxiety of someone hearing that sound and knowing what it is.

7. Unlimited is not unlimited

   I mean the idea of unlimited is messaging as you wish. But twice i got banned because i messaged quite a few hoping to find that extra friend. i mean if unlimited has numbers then tell us why ban unilaterally ? 9. Distinguishing between one country grindr user and another country user

   Mostly users from my neighbors country are shown more in (near you) suggestions. It’s get harder to use grindr because I don’t if I’m chatting with my own country individual or another country individual. Kindly solve it by putting country name or flag an option

11. Get rid of fake accounts

    Quick and easy. Each time you try to message someone, bring up a quick human validation test puzzle. It would be less intrusive than 15 messages from fake accounts everyday

12. How about profiles you block stay blocked?

    I block the same 3 profiles everyday! Same names, same photos. Why do they keep coming back? These are people I want nothing to do with. Yet, they pop back up once a day. Does blocking do anything?

13. Fake profiles using the app as a network

    There are hundreds of fake profiles using images and nude images without consent, they are all over the Polk county, Florida area . I think there are using an outdated version of grindr and they can be found easily because they have no green icon that says "online" and there are dozens of duplicate photos under multiple profiles I think they are using a tablet with no number verification or a tty line I have pics of the blocked profiles I have blocked over 800 so far I sent screen shots of the profiles they are also using this app to break into cell phones by hacking the 3rd party access on google, facebook and apple.

14. Get rid of the "say something" window

    Please PLEASE get rid of the "say something" window. It's pushy, really annoying and utterly pointless.

    Removing the keyboard and "say something" bubble every single time I view a profile is beyond tedious. Did anyone actually check/yest this before rolling it out?

16. Never an incentive or sale for different memberships

    You would most likely get more members if more frequent sales w lower membership prices were advertised. Ie: the top membership is never discounted

17. Limit results by COUNTRY

    For those that live near international borders (like San Diego), it is unfair that profiles from other countries (like Mexico) use up a lot of a user’s free results. Being able to limit results to people in the same country should be a basic feature.

    The app need to create the best way to protect costumers from catfish lately I receive treats from someone they found my social media apps through here que I have Instagram add here they ask for money o they will expose me so the app need to be more aware the are people the want to hurds others I recommend the should be a side box to report this even they block you so you can communicate and they can check private investigation so they can target this criminals

20. Better Grindr Customer Support

    Grindr should have better customer support. When users are banned, it should not take a long time for a support member to reach out to them and help them and they should handle ban issues quicker, a few hours at the most, but less than 1 day. Grindr support should tell the user why exactly they are being banned and proof as well. They should have valid reasoning for banning or suspending user accounts and explain exactly how they are violating Grindr community guidelines. Grindr support should have virtual chat support as well instead of just reaching out through emails. They should work on their automated responses and not say the same thing to everybody, because that makes Grindr users think that support is not helping them and they are relying on bots to help them instead of a real person. Also, a Grindr user should never feel like they are being ignored by Grindr Support and there should always be a Grindr Support member available to help them and should not have them waiting a long time just to respond to their request for help emails or ban appeals. For bans that are not serious, Grindr should have like a limited ban like for 2 hours and the more serious bans should require submitting an appeal or reaching out to Grindr Support through email. Also, Grindr just needs stronger support, especially for banned users.
