3. Migrate account from Facebook to Google

   I created an account with Facebook login. I want to delete my Facebook, but I don't want to create a new Grindr account and lose all of my contacts and chats. Please allow me to migrate my existing account from Facebook login to Google login.

4. Let users set who can contact them based on their type.

   Allow users to set an age range or body type of people that can contact them. I’m tired of getting unsolicited dick picks of 50 year old large hairy bears when I’m only interested in young twink types around my age.

5. after pausing the app. retun and the app will not send chats. says no connectivity. but will send a pic. This started 2 or 3 months ago.

   missed something on app resume in the connection area.
   after pause and resume. chats fail with "no connectivity " error. after completely closing app, you can then "resend" that chat message.
   Very Irritating.
   I know this is a bug but can't find bug submission.

6. Message delivery check.

   I work in an area with bad cell reception, and I’ve noticed a notification saying I have a new message but never get the new message. Best way I can think to fix this is to have the server wait for the app to confirm message delivery before deleting it from the server. iOS bug

7. Validate Emails before profiles go live. (As you have to do to use this function)

   I find it really bad that Grindr still doesn't require emails to be validated before profiles actually go live and rely instead on the click on the sidewalks/hills/bikes etc.

   To join this forum you have to have validated your email address via the trusted click on an email one time link you received before you can post, however, It seems that having more profiles on the site (even though many are catfish, fakes or cheating bf's) makes the app look busier than the competition possibly and draws people in and then hopefully keep the business.

   There are so many fake, blank newly created profiles obviously trying to spam you, created to cheat behind a fake profile, spy or what ever else you do with a fake profile that I'm noticing that so many people move to other apps after initial chat started.

   Having a link to an app like insta, Facebook etc is misleading as it just means you know how a link for the site works and isn't proof it's the person behind the grindr app unless they confirm on insta etc they are chatting some people seem not to realise this so could to with a note adding take it clear.

   With the price hikes and all the other validation issues I'm wondering how many people will start to get annoyed with all the timewasting due to the above and move permanently to a more secure (and often much cheaper) alternative.

   Il est maintenant plus possible de bloquer les profil se trouvant sur "la liste A consulter le profil".
   Cependant cette possibilité était bien, par ce que quand tu as des gars crépi (qui ton parler) et qui n'arrête pas de créer des profils pour venir mater ton profil ou des personnes que tu connais (par exemple ton patron 🤦🏼) qui n'arrête pas de venir voir ton profil et que tu peux pas les en empêcher...

    A person should be able to set their preferences, and we should have a view of all potential matches. In other words if I’m not their type…age…race etc…filter them out of my custom view. I’m tired of messaging people where they look at your profile and don’t respond.
