The disappearing and reappearing top bar
I find it very jarring when the filters, views and account icons disappear and reappear. It looks like I’m getting a notification - I hate it! Constant false alarms. Please consider just leaving the top bar static.

There is a Leather category. However there is nothing for good old bondage. Some people want to get tied up and gagged. Those people exist on Grindr but tough to filter to find.

Display profiles longer in villages and rural areas
In cities there are lots of gay guys. But in villages only a few. Please display if being in villages the profile of other guys that logged in the past 24 hours or in the last 7 days

Conversations Deleted By Grindr After One Year
I complained to Grindr that conversations were missing even though I back up daily. I was told by Grindr that messages are not kept on their servers, but are on our phones. Nonetheless, Grindr purposefully removes conversations from our phones after one year. This is beyond absurd. It is my phone. If I want conversations to be kept on my phone, Grindr has no business removing them after a set time period.

Single grid for all
Just put every profile in one grid and eliminate a separate tab or ribbon for Fresh. It's annoying to not see all profiles in one place because if someone doesn't have their distance turned on, it's too hard to figure out if they are close to you. If people want to see Fresh, just add a filter to the main grid.

Repeated unanswered messages
Automatically block a user who sends five messages without a response over the course of an hour or less.

These “no men” posts
As a gay user, I love that Grindr promotes a safe space for all… However, the amount of straight men on this app looking for “not men” is fckng ridiculous at this point. Please find a way for us to filter them, they really should be on they’re own app as they’re not gay but if you want to welcome them to our safe space please create a filter.

better access for users
basically i just started using grindr. to my amazement i cant even see all people in my local area. and just realised that guys were hitting the fire button and i never know nor can contact them. this is ridiculous. can u please provide access to this.

Misusing another users' photos
Some are stealing photos of genuine users from social media like Facebook, WhatsApp and Twitter and misusing them as profile picture in Grindr. In addition to this, they blackmail the genuine users that rob money to remove the picture. Grindr team should immediately ban the misusing user, once they are reported by the genuine innocent users.

Allow nude profile pics with paid subscription
The free app has to be G rated, but when you pay a monthly fee it should be M rated w/nude profile pics. BC in reality this is a GAY HOOKUP SEX SITE! Everyone usually shares the same X pics anyway
