Make my profile invisible to those without any public picture
There are way too many profiles without any pictures!
I understand some people don't want their face to be seen publicly, but at least upload some headless pics for god's sake.And the solution is easy: There should be a toggle to make my profile invisible to those without any public pictures.
This way people will be encouraged to upload some profile pics, making the app better

The automatic refresh is extremely inconvenient
I am scrolling down and then the feed forces me to the top again. It's annoying to have to keep scrolling down back to where you were every 30 secs

Fix bugs
Bugs and more bugs. Any filter works , despite selecta range or weight keeps retrieving people out of the selected value. Same for blocked people. When you have a few people in your list, No extra profile, and block them Ingues app is not prepared for that now, because keeps displaying people blocked even if logout and login back again. I'm not paying for something that constantly crashes. The basic service this app provides is chatting and connecting with like minded folks.
I recently canceled my subscription because the app doesn't work as it should. I'm done paying for something that doesn't work. Fix your app and I'll pay for the service.

I would like for Grindr to implement stricter verification for new and existing users in an effort to combat underage individuals posing as adults, bots, etc. I've heard a number of stories of men who have chatted with individuals who they thought were of legal age, only to find out upon meeting them that they're some horny teen. People here just waste time there should be some kind of matx where people ask pic and then go quite , talk for hours and suddenly offline. All these. Attributes through Ai should generate rating higher the rating genuine the guy is .

Test your updates before you implement
I don’t know what you wizards were trying to do, but your last update really jacked up everything! Nothing works as it did before, every time I touch something and go back the screen scrolls a mile so I don’t know where it was, and people show the green online button on one screen, but read offline on the next. Might try implementing some tech testing and best practices before you “improve” the app next time.

Verified users should be marked and there should be a filter.
Start verifying users who put up their face pics. There’s too many fake profiles and users scamming people. Grindr needs to actively participate in the safety of the queer community. We are a minority and we do not have the same opportunities to meet people like the heteronormative social space. Verified users should be able to search other verified users.

Specific Gender/ sexuality Personalization filters
As a gay app primarily for gay men there needs to be an option to allow users to filter or hide trans men/ trans women profiles and also a filter for trans women or men to filter gay users. Just the same or see only trans interested specific users of based off their personal interests. These tiles are considered valuable Realestate to those of us who are paying 40$/month. Create African as an Ethnicity.
In the option for Ethnicity, you should create an option for "Africa." Forcing Africans to identify as Blacks is nonsensical. Why do we have only Europeans and Africans and people of their descent identify by colour while others identity by their geographical location (example Asians) and by other means (examples Latino)?
I am an African and refused to be categorised as Black. Nobody is White either.
