   Same happened with me. And the support infrastructure of grindr is so shallow that they were not able to recognise my number and email in their archives.
   the ban was possibly for a foolish reason that I had put snapchat id for identity verification via video call.

   Also there are criminals on this app, to which they never strictly put a ban. i’ve written to them so many times.
