Bring back the favorites tab
Every time I press my favorites now as a filter it doesn’t load the profiles, I have to close and reopen the app and when eventually it shows my favorites, the profile pictures don’t appear. Thus it’s super buggy and very difficult to use

Maybe don’t try to charge for every single thing like you are right now?
So your master plan in improving this app is to restrict just about every single feature so people are forced to pay for Xtra? This is how you drive people AWAY from your app, not towards it. It’s literally becoming as gimmicky as Tinder now. If I get banned for this, that proves you’re willingly ignorant of how to deal with your client base and only want money until it runs out to your shock and horror.

Showing profiles nearby that are 40+ miles away
Randomly, peppered throughout my "nearby" feed are profiles that are, in fact, NOT nearby....by any stretch. There are regularly profiles that are 40+ miles away, right next to profiles that are 3 miles away, 10 miles away, some that are less than 1 mile away.

Here's an idea....a list where u can keep track of your favorite chats. U can even call it "favorites" and put notes along with the favorite member.

Remove the AI feature
Remove the AI feature as it appears to be creating fake/spam accounts and spamming users. I have been contacted by 4 accounts using AI generated images of females (clear they are AI) and this probably won't get through to support. I have screenshots of these accounts but there have been many more.

The hide button is replacing the block button, but the hide button doesn't work or do anything without an upgrade, but you can't block eithe
The hide button is replacing the block button, but it is in the way so you can't block because it's not avaliable anywhere most of the time, but the hide option doesn't work or do anything without and upgrade, so it isn't even an available feature but it is completely preventing you from being able to use the already existing and very necessary feature of blocking profiles. This is very bad and needs to be amended immediately!

Too many bots, this is a simple problem to fix. why should we pay you jerks money for a problem that can be easily fixed?

Auto block any profile who's title is "YOU NEED FUNDS" Would be easy to implement and would reduce about 75% of the spam taps received.
Just automatically block the sentence "YOU NEED FUNDS" in a similar way that references to 420 and other drug references are automatically moderated. This would reduce fake users linking to external sites where I'm pretty sure they are NOT giving free money away or wanting to take care of your debts. Similarly any profile that promises to pay someone $1000 a month is clearly a scam and it should be easy to filter a few keywords and flag those profiles for review before they get a chance to spam other users. Age filter
The recent change to the age filter to only allow blocks of 5 years is ridiculous. Please remove that limit & allow specific singular ages to be selected, AS IT WAS PREVIOUSLY!

Filters reset
Hitting the [back] button to exit the app now resets/clears the filters before exiting. Super annoying having to apply filters every time the app is opened!

Ban people who send website links in the first message
The spammers are usually just sending a link in the first message with a conversation with a new person. If there is a way to track a new user's message activity and how many times they are sending links in the few messages with other users, shouldn't it be easy to block them off the platform?

Je viens de constater que mon compte a été banni (Erreur 28).
Je respecte les règles et les conditions d’utilisation de Grindr et je pense que ce bannissement a pu être appliqué par erreur.
Je n’ai jamais eu l’intention de violer les directives de la communauté.
Je vous serais reconnaissant de bien vouloir réexaminer mon compte et me donner une seconde chance si possible.
