Auto Backup Daily with app closed
Although the app does daily backups of messages and images, you also need to keep the app open overnight. It should automatically back itself up in the background even when they all is closed. Unlimited member here and lost so many chats because the app doesn’t back up automatically.

Please add a full definition of ‘Sent’, ‘Delivered’ and ‘Read’ to the Grindr Help guide.
I often see ‘Sent’ or ‘Delivered’ against a message, even though the recipient has subsequently been online, but without reaching ‘Read’ status, sometimes on multiple occasions over several days.

No one should be able to post a profile that isn't complete. There's no real reason that you can't do that very easily

Conversations Deleted By Grindr After One Year
I complained to Grindr that conversations were missing even though I back up daily. I was told by Grindr that messages are not kept on their servers, but are on our phones. Nonetheless, Grindr purposefully removes conversations from our phones after one year. This is beyond absurd. It is my phone. If I want conversations to be kept on my phone, Grindr has no business removing them after a set time period.

Allow Pro Accounts Like A4A does
In Adam 4 Adam they have created a Pro account option where people can make their account a business, mine is a therapist. It really helps with people knowing they are talking to a pro and deciding to engage or not.

Track how many minutes I spent online per day
This app is great but somehow adictive. Keeping track of how many minutes we spent per day will help us realize if we are having any sigue with it. This could even be visible for other uses.

Hello you can contact somebody for help right away your feelings don't get crushed or treated like human I have a text message or a email from one of your I guess you'd say people that help you out wouldn't I wouldn't say a customer service representative or technical support because I got none from that. I'm kind of pissed off because I've been paying for something and basically just got pushed aside
