Please enhance back-up and restore feature. Some backed up data are not restored - some messages don't appear anymore and it's really sad.
Please enhance back-up and restore feature. Some backed up data are not restored - some messages don't appear anymore and it's really sad. I just reset my phone (of course i did back ups before i did it). I pressed the restore chats and there were no chats restored.

Implement photo protection on profile pictures
To prevent and reduce the impact of fake/catfishing/ impersonation profile, why not put the same level of protection that is in the album to each individual’s profile pictures?
Nobody likes to open the app only to find another profile that is using their own photos and pretending to be them.
This would be a great start to combat spammers/ scammers.
Another one would be to make it mandatory for a user to fill out the profile with a photo and basic details, otherwise they won’t be able to communicate with anyone.

you should add grindr stories
add grindr stories where you can upload a picture or video to your profile for 24 hours and star to save them for grindr extra accounts

Meeting at options
I believe if the app would have offered more meeting points such as park, outdoors, bath houses would increase the chance to the users to find people that are like minded.
Additionally, because GrindR is majorly used for hookups it could replace other websites and apps that allows cruiser and exhibitionists to connect, rather than having ‘tags’ which often are misunderstood8 votes -

Protect users and make safe
I've been stalked by my ex for over a year now, he constantly makes fake profiles and chats to me then either declares he is fake and owns up mocking me or I figure him out and he is nasty threatening to send the photos I have sent to his fake persona to my work. Everytime I report these fake harassing profiles Grindr refuses to do anything about it? They really need to start and protect people as a duty of care as I'm constantly hounded but they won't help me??

Could you please stop tje sexist games showed as an ad? It is disgudting and break the education and can tend the world to take bad actions from people and break the values of society
