Please i would like you to put search section in message as it will help to search past message incase we forgot users we have chatted with.

Search for people close to me withing my area instead i get 536 plus km away
I pay for this app and there are to many fake Ai profiles and profiles with 30 plus same photos being used you need have better filters and photo use something that identifies repeat photo use and multi profile.

Anyone can fake themselves by attaching somebody's real Instagram account,I myself am facing this. Some random person attached my instagram into their profile with all my informations sourched through my insta profile. So my point is,when someone is attaching any Instagram account,have a layer of privacy by sending verification code to that very Instagram account or to the email address linked to that Instagram account

The filter function
The filter function seems not working with sense.
Designer with sense will know if you are applying a filter it means you are narrowing down the results. But when you apply the filter Grindr not only narrowing the results but reducing the results as it like. This does makes sense why without any filter the results are more but with any filter the results are much more lesser. For example age filter.
I hope the designer for Grindr will work with some sense rather than ruining or chasing away the users.3 votes -

Politics must be blocked in Dating applications
Politics can not be involved in a dating application and it deserved to be blocked by application itself, it's leading to unfair collective agressiveness and attacking an individuals

Block OF solicitors
The volume of OF Taps is out of control!! I get 3-4 daily. It's so annoying! Can these low life's be automatically blocked somehow??

Fake profiles
Revamp the app to require the first pic (profile) to be facial for facial recognition to certify you are who you are. Make it to where members can sorry by location and certified profiles only to eliminate the fake, fraudulent profiles. This will greatly improve the app and user satisfaction.

Album feature
One of the annoying things lately about Albums, is the person requesting your album doesn’t send theirs. To make it fair, if Grindr albums had a feature, once both albums are sent then you can see the other person album knowing it’s a mutual share . Not just left in the dark, why he hasn’t sent his album?

Why protect the liars
Hello Grindr
I would also like to share a reflection I have had for more than ten years.
Why doesn’t Grindr create some kind of register or tracking system for people who engage in conversations, set up meetings, and then never show up, or people who use chats to collect photos to share with others, or who simply provide false information?
In my case, I have been banned three times in fifteen years for similar situations, and I would like to explain. I am a completely real person. I do not engage in any illegal activity, I do not discriminate…

Not Interested” Tap
Hi Grindr Team,
I hope you’re doing well! I wanted to suggest a small but helpful feature that could improve user experience. It would be great to have a “Not Interested” tap, similar to the existing taps like “Looking” or “Friendly.”
Sometimes, responding to messages just to say no feels awkward, and blocking can feel too harsh. A simple tap to indicate disinterest would allow users to acknowledge messages without the pressure of responding or resorting to blocking.
I believe this would make interactions smoother and more respectful for everyone. Hope you’ll consider it!
