Allowing reporting in explorer
When in explorer mode on a free account, there’s occasionally a profile that needs to be reported for some legitimate reason. But in order to report that profile, you’re forced to a subscription purchase screen. That makes no sense.

Police
There should be some sort of enhanced security feature. There was recently a court case in the news regarding a college student that someone went after through the grindr app. I know there were also a group of people that were blasting people using the Grindr app through highly illegal means meant to hurt people. This has not been in the media yet. I know I have personally sent in several police reports along with evidence regarding a large number of incidents. Targeted ads only!
Ok I get having a banner and a pop up every now and again you need to make money… great the “no nut November” campaign that was specifically targeted at gay men was great!! I went and bought the trail mix and showed the catchy ad to others who than went and bought the nuts! Add new tags
So within the gay community we have a wide variety of different kinks. In the tags it would be nice to see ABDL, Age-play, and Diapers as a tag.

Adds never fail to load but messages constantly fail to send 🤔
Whilst I don't mind the adds to keep Grindr free it would be good if they just close when you hit in the x instead of going off to other adds or play store, sometimes having to close up to 3 times or more or actually closing the app to be able to get back to Grindr, it is extremely frustrating that the ads never fail to load but issues with messages not sending continue update after update. New updates are misleading
Since updating the recent update in a wave of never ending yet constantly ruining the app updates, I've noticed that anytime I send a message the app notifies me that I have recieved a message. Its very misleading. Can the updates stop unless they are actually going to improve the app?

Unsolicited nudes
Can we get an added feature for when we choose the "Not at first or never" options for NSFW photos that people get blocked from being able to send any photos to you without getting sent a notification to approve it first. I'm really annoyed that people start a conversation by sending me vulgar photos and expect me to respond positively.

Make ability to report users who have already blocked you available everywhere
I was almost scammed by someone (to use a supposed verification website but that required your card info even though it was “free”) but before I could report them I was blocked. Apparently there is a “report recent chats” feature that lets you report people who’ve blocked you, but it’s “only available in select locations”. Make it available everywhere so we can keep this app safe!
