footprint
hello!
Starting a few hours ago, the footprint function doesn't work properly. The footprints only work after writing a message to that profile. Before writing a message, the footprint function doesn't work, especially when checking the profile initially.

Seems like there is some bug, sometimes tap doesn't work.
At random moments, ( upto my knowledge, I couldn't find a pattern) the tap button doesn't work, I have come across almost 5 incidents until now.

The fact that every picture I upload gets stamped with that dern Grindr name. How do I make thst go away
My idea is to get rid of that watermark from my photos when I'm viewing them.

Algoritmo
Creo que su algoritmo es muy cerrado a mas opciones, en i caso, me gustan las personas de complexión fisica grande, gorditos y en mi perfil los resultados son de personas iguales a mi, da una mala imagen de la aplicacion, emparejando personas de un mismo fisico

Much of what is problematic on Grindr has to do with user attitudes and their distasteful behaviors. The app can only do so much
So much of the frustrations felt within the app come from unpleasant interactions. The ability to present yourself as someone else, collect pics and block, make demands and behave entitled to personal information from people you’ve never met and then block after a nasty comment and lastly the lack of respect for online etiquette and for the private lives of those you engage with causes many to have to take long breaks as to not be overwhelmed. Clearer message state indicator
As a user
When I'm viewing messages in a thread
I want the the message state indicator "Sent", "Delivered" and "Read" to be much clearer
so that it's easier to differentiate between the words "Sent" and "Read" as they have the same number of characters/word shape.I would love for something like "3 checkmarks" (like WhatsApp) to be implemented.
Maybe have a coloured symbol alongside the text so it's much clearer.

Message filter for delivery state
As a user
while filtering messages
I want to be able to filter them by their delivery states Sent, Delivered and Read

Refresh the grid on EVERY pull-down, not just the second!
As a user
when I'm viewing profiles on the grid
I want the grid to be accurately updated every time I use the refresh (pull down) function
so I can quickly see changes to the grid contents.Right now I have to pull down on the grid TWICE for the grid to be properly updated. The first refresh does not update the grid contents.

More is more...but not always. Most of us don't like wasting time and swimming through murky waters. Many people are having difficulty finding their type because apparently it's not financially in the favor or Grindr (and similar apps) to let us know how few matches we really have. Not only should the race filter come back, add as many filters as possible so we can get to the handful of APPROPRIATE matches. I WILL GLADLY PAY. Bring back the previous age selection mechanism
Please bring back the previous age range selection interface. The new scroll bar requires more dexterity and precision, I want to set the min and max age from a number selector as I used to be able to do.

water compensation
I live by a lake, and the mapping does not compensate for the lake being there, so when it says they are three miles away they are actually 12 because there is a lake you have to go around....

Sell subscription gift certificates
During holidays sell GRindr yearly gift certificates, this way it does not interfere with your current account and the gifted recipient can use it to purchase Grindr membership. Everyone is happy and it’s a very good source of additional income for the Grindr franchise.

Website version of grindr
It would be really nice to see website/desktop version of Grindr for many closeted guys , who are married to woman. Having app on phone is quiet risky for them.
