Hsv2 declaration for users like the hiv declaration feature
Much like the option already given to users for HIV status declarations the feature proposed would be a close to being mirrored and easy code for web engineering and design team to reproduce exactly as you have already done for covid-19 descriptors recently given to users as an additional description feature.
NEW DESCRIPTION FEATURE that would greatly benefit user profiles would be for Genital/sacral/oral herpes simplex viral infections these conditions are also known as a persons HSV-1 and HSV-2 status.
The CDC statistics provided in 2022 reports that “roughly 18.6 million people living with HSV-2 reside in the United States.”

App saying it cannot find me
Hello,
So when I do load up Grindr it tells me it cannot find me when clearly I'm at home. I'm not sure If this is an issue for anyone else but it's been annoying to close the app and open it back up I have no clue where to post screenshots.2 votes -

Knowing if a user is logged off
Why does the green light stay on 10 minutes after the user logs off? Make it turn off immediately so we know not to message until we see the green light again. Sending a message to someone who might not see it for hours or days is dumb. Make it an active experience.

Group
The group making in this app is so irritating ... While making a group, it should show the recent chats but it never does it .. and we never find what we are looking for .. also .. while making a group .. we don't get an option to search the profile name .. that's bad .

Read the bio
I wish there was a way to make people scroll to the bottom of your profile past your bio before actually contacting you. I know even then it’s a 50/50 if they will actually read it or not, but at least it will be their fault for asking crap I’ve already answered on my bio. I have my social media and all that crap
Its bad enough to have people I don’t know or never made any commitment to other than saying hello accusing me of “ghosting” them (no profile pic 🙄)

Regional pricing
Please consider setting up regional pricing. Prices for Eastern Europe countries are ridiculously high. You can get Amazon Prime for a year with what one month costs on Grindr. To get fair prices based on average wages for Poland in comparison to USA, they need to be cut by 50% at least. Thanks for understanding.

Snooze
Like in Facebook, I would like the ability to “Snooze” someone for 30 or 60 days. With this feature, the profile would not appear in any grid while they are snoozed. Chat history remains. I would still be able to see the current profiles I snoozed and recover them shall I decide to “unsnooze” them. Also, they can see me but I cannot see them. They can still message me and I can still respond. Like in Facebook, the snoozed user will have no idea that they were snoozed. Users can continue to be snoozed indefinitely but, like in Facebook,…
