Same fake/bot profiles keep reappearing after blocked & we can’t see the profile of a viewer
I believe the app must be developing an algorithm. It’s just a way of getting things right these days. Grindr has been returning more and more profiles that are similar to the profile types that I BLOCK. Why can’t Grindr show me more profiles similar to the ones I interact with most?

Tags for ABDL and Diapers. There should be more ways to filter
Existing tags don't cover ABDL community. WS and underwear is not the same thing. And ABDL is kind of diverse. Should also be a way to distinguish the adult babies from the diaper lovers. ABDL is definitely not for everyone. So would be extremely useful to be able to identify exactly instead of having to approximate with other tags. Especially when people don't fill out their profiles

Filter for ethnicity type users are looking for
I feel that it would be best to add to the filter ethnicity types to help better search the kind of men each grindr member is looking for.
So far it’s good since we can search between tops, bottoms and versatile but adding the choice of ethnicity we are looking for would be a tremendous help and make this app so much better.10 votes -

compatibility/‘i’m their type’ filter
I’ve seen a few posts on here suggesting a who-sees-you filter based on age, or location— e.g. that post about a scenario wherein a professor might not want their profile to be displayed to those under 21– i.e. potential students, and it gave me a slightly different idea: filtering the profiles that are displayed to you, to not only meet your search criteria, but also for whom you meet their search critera.
Because it would allow users to see profiles where they match the other person’s search criteria, this feature could help reduce potentially negative or disheartening interactions by connecting…

Specify next to “my tags” and “my tribes”
My Tags and My Tribes just need to explain to these guys that
your whole profile is about YOU. These sections are for the user to describe themselves, not what they desire! There’s a bunch of tops in searches for bottoms. There’s a bunch of alpha straight guys in searches for trans woman. That’s because they are putting what they want in these sections instead of who they are… These sections are meant to be there so people can find their desires in YOU, finding the people who fit their search. Ethnicity filter
I am an Middle Eastern person. I have no ill will towards any other races or peoples. I, myself personally, would prefer someone who I can relate in terms of ethnicity wise and traditions and culture. It's very taxing when you have to go through every single account and who are not in your preference scale and when you reach one's you want they're either on the profile exceeding limit or you have to wait for either party to message depending on bio, profile name, etc. I think it would be easier if it was installed again so that those…

Searching for people in you home town
The biggest pain is you can't search for somebody in your own hometown also has a lot of security problems on this app you get a lot of ghosting you get a lot of people that asks questions and tries to get you to do stuff and that happened on extra that happened on the free account needs to be taking care of but still you need to be able to search for people in your profiles
