   I don’t understand the point of paying for Xtra or Unlimited when the filters don’t then capture a large part of the user base because they haven’t filled in basic info such as height, or weight, or looking for. I get the need for privacy so I’m not suggesting everyone should have a picture but there should be a requirement for atleast basics like age, height, weight, etc that match your filters.

    Look, we get you need money to operate, you'd probably actually make more money by charging users half of what you do as more people will be open to paying. But aggressively pushing predatory scam cell phone apps undermines trust and really just pisses your users off.     I know you are desperate for money, but the ads are just everywhere every 2 seconds, that already makes the app impossible to use, if even after that I can’t see who tapped me, well, I don’t need a useless app to watch ads.     The sheer bombardment of ads is literally destroying the app. I totally understand the need for ads and making a profit, but not everyone can afford premium, and Grindr is going to become obsolete to it’s competitor if it doesn’t practically encourage people not to use it.     this app sucks now. for one to even make a suggestion i need to login to a facebook or gmail account? ads pop up every 1.5 seconds, viewing profiles are limited to 1-5 profiles around a 1 BLOCK radius. but having to accept cookies and giving you my gmail account AND MY F'N password to make a damn suggestion is ridiculous. its all about making revenue by sending/selling crap to ur email
