1. How you guys can't manage to keep your shit together regarding how we can keep our messages in order

   For the past month after every update my app continues to deteriorate and get more and more shitfest USA. Each time you'll have an update you say it's going to improve and it gets even worse it took me 15 minutes to send one goddamn message the other day what is up with that grinder get your shit together? As a matter of fact I canceled my subscription and I want my money back I only updated it yesterday and I'm not going to want to use it the rest of the month as I'm deleting it so if I don't get that refund I'm reporting you guys to the better Business bureau I want this shit taken care of now

2. Money boys and people selling poppers, PrEP and drugs

   Please add to the moderation people adding pics of poppers, PrEP etc. These money boys take up 4-5 of the slots on the first page of my grid. Reporting them takes a few days to remove so those profiles will be up for the entire weekend. It’s the same people over and over. After you kick them from the app, they’re back in a day or so. Surely, you can moderate pics of these prohibited goods. Make new profiles have any pics posted be reviewed and teach your screeners to recognize the pics. If you’re using AI to screen the pics, it’s easy to train them to look for he bottles of poppers and PrEP many use as theie profile pics

4. User Unfriendly App Design

   Grindr is not User Friendly. Doing anything with relative ease requires you to have paid for it. basic requirements are behind a paywall, i can understand limited use for the free app, but not being able to send more than one expiring photo at once unless i am paying loads of money in a week is entirely unfair. the only reason people use grindr is because it's the most used in the world. not because it is good, not because they care, its because they hold the entire market under their thumb. Grindr needs to realise there are people out there and their app is possibly the only way of these men connecting, it's not about the money anymore, its about them abusing us. we are just dollars to them, that all they care about.

   My Idea is to revamp how grindr works. make the app honest. please. for the good of the gay community and the world. you can help us.

5. Need a big update

   The app seems to be very glitchy after an update? I literally deleted and downloaded after 3 days and it is still off. Some of the responses shows as a notification. You don’t get notified and the online filter seems to be off yoo

7. Stop with the incessant full screen ads that interrupt normal use

   OMG I swear I will delete this and go back to bars and saunas! Not a single app I have ever used has been this prolific and downright greedy in FORCING full screen ads.
   In other apps, these ads are for accessing a "powerup"/"unlocking a level"/ "getting free tokens"/etc. I.E. to obtain something extra! In no universe is it acceptable to have the normal use of a free app constantly interrupted like this!!!!!!!

   And with all the bugs and glitches, no f*kn way am I paying for this app!

8. make it so incognito can’t be used to track someone

   If someone is on your favorites list and you go incognito, the people on your favorites list should still be able to see if you’re online so that you can’t favorite someone then go incognito to tell when they are online but them not be able to tell you are online

    I live in Chile. Several years ago the app stopped being safe for gays in Chile. First there were the profiles of trans scorts, then straight scorts were added, the sale of illicit drugs was unleashed. Today in the app when you open it you will be surprised that more than half of the profiles are not gay, but straight people. Today, March 23, 2024, we learned of a hate crime that was facilitated through Grindr. A boy of only 27 years old was murdered in cold blood by an 18-year-old man who invited him to an allegedly sexual encounter. Eight wounds and a blow with a 12 kilo dumbbell ended the life of 27-year-old Ariel Millar. Grindr in Chile continues to ignore this critical situation. THE APP IS NO LONGER SECURE FOR US. Grindr is complicit in drug sales, straight hate, and the decline that exists within.

12. Why is my "type" now a extra feature.

    Why is it that I can't view my type like trans, without having to pay for extra? Like if I turn on my type every profile is under the extra. Why make it so I have to constantly be annoyed and harassed by profiles I have no interest in an are not my type. An no matter how many times I say not interested or even block accounts I get the same exact guys messaging me. Due to they either "lost messages" which I doubt, or after I've blocked them theyll delete their account just to make one a week later. Definitely should implement a 90 day ban on the emails if the accounts been deleted. I get the discretion and deleting the the app for a little, I'm okay with that. It's just the guys who I've blocked and delete delete their entire account then make a new one 24hrs later or a week or month even an can start messaging me thinking they're slick. It's just dumb I apologize for the rant but cmon Grindr. I'm about to find a cheaper more user friendly app if things don't start changing yet the $$ amount keeps going up an less capabilitys continue for the free version.

    Can you half the price? $AU60+ /pm is way too expensive, I get both Netflix and Disney+ for the nearly half the price. Can you add ethnicity to the web app and sync filters with mobile app and web app?
