   These profiles often reuse the same formatting, social media links, pictures etc. Grindr should be using AI and Facial recognition to spot and remove Spambots before they even become active on the app.

   I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you today as a concerned user and advocate for inclusivity within the LGBTQ+ community. Grindr has long been a pioneering platform for connecting people in the gay, bisexual, and queer communities. However, I believe there is an opportunity to further improve the user experience by making the platform more inclusive of all gender identities and sexual orientations.

   Currently, Grindr’s search filter predominantly focuses on men, which can limit accessibility for individuals who identify as lesbians, non-binary, and other gender identities within the LGBTQ+ spectrum. Expanding the search filter to include lesbians and non-binary individuals would not only promote a more inclusive environment but also align Grindr with the evolving needs of a diverse and dynamic community.

   By adding options for lesbians and non-binary people, Grindr can ensure that individuals of all gender identities and sexual orientations feel seen, heard, and welcomed within the app. It would also foster a safer and more comfortable space for those who may otherwise feel marginalized or excluded.

   I strongly believe that Grindr has the power to be a leader in promoting inclusivity, and I would be grateful to see these changes implemented in the search filter. I am confident that this adjustment will contribute to the growth and positive reputation of Grindr as a platform that prioritizes the needs and well-being of all its users.

   Claramente es un engaño porque a pesar de tenerlo abierto el perfil en la pantalla views sigue con la leyenda de desbloquear viendo publicidad. Arreglen eso.

8. Problems with profiles grid

   The experience with this app is getting awful. When you access to this app, the profiles nearby are not updated. If you try to refresh, you have to wait until an error message appears. It's almost impossible to chat with new people.
   With the last updates the app is even worse: we have a new useless preferred list, we have an hide profiles option (instead of block).
   Please, just focus on a good working profiles grid and chat!
   Users abandoning this app are increasing..

   You should separate both categories of profiles and make it clear. It seems like more and more couples are subscribing to Grindr and it is now very confuse for us single users to find someone who’s also single.

10. Lots of ads and suggestion for loyalty programs

    Please can we request the limited use of adds when using the free app, it can become quite tedious and frustrating when wishing to use the features of the app (and more than one add plays.)

    With that being said: would there be any possiblity the Grindr Team would offer a discounted/cheaper subscriptions to its paying customers, (as a one off with a complimentary 1 week or a 1 month comp membership to some random lucky members of the application? It would be nice to have some kind of small gesture/offering to thank those who pay for the subscriptions, but don’t always use the app. Maybe even loyalty programs to be implemented to give back for the appreciation of subscribed paying members and provide them with something like a small guestee to say thankyou.

12. Unlock posts in Explore.

    Why was the explore accounts changed from 3 unlockable accounts to just 1? Like why are you trying to ruin the experience? Why can't we simply be able to freely chat to accounts in explore?
    Or at least give us back 3 a day.

    Why free access is getting less.. now hardly 9 profiles can be seen ,no search bar , once they tap when we are moving to search they as to pay . It seems it's time to leave this app. Less to lesser
