BRING BACK THE BLOCK FEATURE!!!!
This new method of being to block people is useless... I haven't been able to block ONE single person in over a month without having to report them to do so. You are encouraging harassment.

Bring back the specific location on map
Hi, I’m currently paying for the most premium membership, but I’ve noticed an issue on the Explore feature. Even though I set a specific location on the map, the app keeps showing me profiles from other areas instead of the exact area I selected. Also, the distance used to be visible (in meters or km), and now it’s gone — that was very useful. I would really like to have that feature back, since sometimes we’re specifically looking to connect with people from a certain area. Please consider bringing it back. Thanks!

Sabían q en Argentina ya nadie quiere usar grinder? Muy abusivo lo q hacen con la publicidad y q paso q antes ponian ingreso a perfiles libre x un tiempo ? Entiendo q ganaan pero acá en Argentina su app para acceder es en dólares y a nosotros nos es muy costoso . Que parte no entienden ? Sabían q se está haciendo una app para que desplace si red. Gay? Require verified face/body pictures in profiles. Maybe include the water marks?
Require at least 1 face/body picture in the profile that’s verified. Maybe include the watermark as authentication. Maybe have profile pics be unable to be screenshotted or recorded. No blank profiles allowed.

What if we didn’t put people on my local grid who are out of my distance preference? I’m not trying to talk to someone 60-200 miles away?

Share profile
I hate being the middle man when trying to find a group. I respect the privacy of others so I don't share pics without permission, with that said, I hate the whole process of that, allow us to share profiles so they can share what they want

For You & (New) Explore Section
Please add an option to turn these off bc when scrolling thru if you accidentally hit one of the profiles your taken to that area and then your basically having to start back at the top once you back out + not sure there's any added benefit and ther old explore area worked fine. What about working on something we don't have....like a map.

Distance for Favorites
You added distance info in the grid for favorites, thank you.
BUT: I have set the app to show distance in metric system, the distance of favorites in the grid is in miles tho.. please change that!!AND: Add the last seen status into the favorites-grid as well please.
Don't forget that you can just hide the distance for users that have their distance disabled. It's saying 0 feet now

Taps
Now you're charging even to watch taps. Suddenly, the entire app is going to become a paid app. What good is all that money if you never manage to completely fix Grindr? First, it's a hub for abuse; you indirectly promote hate, violence, and abuse. What do you want the money for? To continue funding your addictive and destructive business? I'll definitely stop using Grindr, not because I want it to change, but because it seems like you're funding hate.

Obrigatoriedade a ter Foto.
Ser parte do cadastro para poder usar o APP, fazer o upload, pelo menos de uma foto de rosto. Agora, e está crescendo demais, a quantidade de gente sem FOTO, nem BIO, que chegam pedindo isso do outro para avaliarem e só então assumir sua posição no mundo. Depois eles, que estão escondidos no anonimato, se mostram e quem que a cara é quem se mostrou desde o começo. Isso é injusto demais. Vocês controlam tanto as coisa mínimas e isso...não.

The word “tr*nny” should not be allowed, seeing cis men using violent language/slurs to sexualize trans people is concerning
I feel as though allowing this slur is more harmful than empowering in this context. Grindr allows everyone of all gender identities to use such words that have been and still are used to dehumanize members of this vulnerable community. Sexualizing trans peoples’ existence as a whole is harmful in many ways and does lead to real life violence. I think this word is completely fine when used by a consenting trans person, but I do not want to see it, and I know most other trans people I’ve spoken to certainly do not either. At one point Grindr allowed groups where we could select a number of users from our chats and invite them to a group chat. Why was this removed?

the constant barrage of ads has made the app completely unusable
the user experience with so many ads is very frustrating and difficult. instead of being on the app, i prefer to get the social media of people i’m interested in and get off the app as soon as possible. the ads also open up tabs in the browser which is even more frustrating.
