   Once photos are uploaded. They should have an option for verification with a selfie to prove who you are. And mark there profile as verified. So at least people know they are talking to the person the photo shows.

   Since the new update, the grid shows SIGNIFICANTLY less profiles than it used to.
   As a result, you receive way less messages, which leads to frustration and eventually you wanting to pay for boost.
   Even playing around with filters, the grid is extremely limited. Such practices should be illegal. The only way you can talk to people you find interesting right now is to use boost. This is so unethical. Grindr is the only app that is used by almost everyone. Stop relying on lack of competitors to abuse users, one day it’ll backfire. Every one will leave Grindr for an app that’s better.

13. Make Grindr T&C enforced on users fairly and transparently

    I would like to describe the situation that I was in and still am. I’ve dealt with impersonation, harassment, blackmail on the app and outside of it due to one person. He uses the paid grindr services. The reason why I know cuz he told me in the past and he has unlocked multiple albums and sent disappearing photos. I’ve reported him with overwhelming evidence of him calling me in derogatory terms, racist slurs due to my ethnicity on the app itself. I’ve provided screenshots of our conversation from telegram. The only answer I’ve received is “thanks for reaching out. We will look into it” and immediately getting banned for reporting a person. The idea of people with malicious intent having a get out of jail free card on a huge platform like Grindr is terrifying. The only thing you need for that is a Grindr subscription apparently.

20. Search for tags

    As a nonbinary person, I find it difficult that there isn’t a tag for us. That transmasc or transfemme isn’t a tag. Also when I search for bi guys in my area (I am in Los Angeles proper) and I am only allowed to view 3 guys and the rest can be seen w Extra membersbip. Which completely isolates me as a nonbinary trans boy. I can’t look for guys who might like me….
