Make app less glitchy
Any time you get a tap it freezes the app. You can't even scroll on messages without it getting an error message. The adds are way too long. It's not even fun to use any more

Alert faceless profiles to send a picture in first message (if not preventing faceless profiles from messaging)
Hi there. Many of us prefer to have a peek at people’s faces before hooking up with them. The experience on the app is made infinitely less pleasurable when we are harassed by people who do not respect the NPNC signs.
Grindr already has a feature enabling users to filter out blank profiles. Can there be an identifying function that either requires blank profiles to send some form of media in their first message, to a user who has the requirement turned on? Four of the last 20 messages I've received (20%) are from profiles that clearly belong to people who are running scams. The pattern is consistent. Usually the person is much farther away than other profiles (i.e., 4 miles, compared to 1-2), most commonly the profile photo is of someone of Asian descent, and the opening line is always something like "what are you looking for on here?" Allow people to choose who can see when they are active
There are a lot of users on Grindr who are stalking members. As a paying member I think it should be an option that you can select certain profiles that you would like to not block completely but at least block from seeing you are active and where you are located when you are.

Ethnicity filter. Its not racist. Its a personal sexual preference
The Ethnicity filter should come back. At the end of the day we have a sexual preference we're not everyone's cup of tea. Taking it off has left me with a lot of time wasting because it's leaving me with humans of what I am NOT sexual attracted too taking it off is a way of forcing you to hook up of not attracted to. Paid fast track pic approval with feedback
Pic approvals are so hit and miss. Feedback would be great. Why did it get declined. Your guidelines say if it can't go on insta it can't go here but I've had insta pics declined on grindr. Upload again and it's declined, upload again it's approved. I'd pay to know why it was declined. Update to this.... You must have a team of nuns approving pics and mine is goingb to that team cause I've had a pic declined that has zeo nudity and a big ass sticker over my junk. I jave had racier pics approved. Auto app downloads are terrible. Stop cheating those advertisers
Maybe give users the option of consent instead of allowing apps to be downloaded automatically. Too much risk of bad apps bringing bad actors with it. Ya gotta stop

Your ads are so frustrating how many times it makes your back out of it back-and-forth back-and-forth back-and-forth sometimes 10 times in a row and the apps that do that I will absolutely never buy their product promise you
