I had just started a conversation with someone we both said (hey) to each other then they asked for a pic two different times I said no then they called me stupid, ugly, fat & retard and they started saying they didn't ask me to speak and they blocked me.

I didn't get a chance to report them because they had already blocked me I think after people block someone the other person should get a way to see the chat again one last time in case they want to report something
