Give an explanation for banning accounts
In today's environment where people report people who did nothing wrong explanation of why accounts were banned is absolutely necessary to prevent the integrity of the application from being questioned
As it stands so far I've heard people were banned for not renewing the paid portion. Of for having viewpoints different than grindrs. One member claims he was banned because he was eating at Chick-fil-A when he opened his application.6 votes -
Allowing Girls or anyone LGBT on the app
Consider opening the app to not only be a dating app got guys but maybe for the first time expand the app to focus on allowing girls to meet guys on the app. This platform should have adequate settings toggles to allow girls to sign up and use the app. Internally Grindr could consider advertising to girls to sign up as well promoting the app as a dating app option to them where They can find guys and girls on there since the app is geared towards the gay community which can have many genders involved.

Orientation filter / block
Please create a sexual orientation blocking feature or filter so that the gay men only looking for other gay men don’t have to be bothered with trans women cis women or straight or bi men
maybe like a man for man only filter or something so men only looking for other men can find the men they need without being bothered by other people’s existence in their way when they don’t get any response from the people actually near them on their free accounts.

Better user moderation and harsher punishments
I would like to suggest a greater punishment for profiles that break the rules of actually more effective. I suggest something like in case of repeat, block the IP from creating/accessing new account for a certain period of time, maybe increasing like 3 days, 1 week, 15 days and a month. Because there's no point in denouncing profiles of male prostitutes and people mentioning hard drugs if they have their account deleted there and then create a new one.
I think they could also add some moderated profiles so that reports made by these, if they have more credibility, are…

My account gets banned and NO ONE can tell me why. The worthless customer service idiots simply continue to ask me for information that i simply do not have. I have provided all they asked for yet they say I am missing information and refuse to assist! THIS IS GODAM BULL$HIT. Reinstate the free trial version on both extra and unli
It’d be great to have the free trial version first in order for us to explore and maximuze all features the app has which helps us for our decision making, if indeed it’s worth a penny to subscribe to either Xtra or Unli. Otherwise, the app is just futile

Fui banido injustamente
Uma pessoa me denunciou injustamente, imagino que ela tenha feito isso por causa do que falei, no caso foi que eu não estava interessado nela. E por algum motivo o Grindr efetivou essa denúncia.
Mas Imagino que eu saiba o por quê. Acho que isto aconteceu pelo fato de que eu e meu irmão usamos está conta. Eu tenho 18 e ele 16, mas não conversávamos com os mesmos caras.
