Message Sync
Message Sync - I do not see the back up feature on Android anymore. I hope that message sync allows me to continue using the app in between platforms without loosong data. This would make it a seemless transition specially for someone changing to iOS from Android or cice versa

Are you having troubles with the latest 17.4 iOS iPhone system?
Grindr is not working well. Msgs download by stages very slow, profiles and descriptions also. It’s like the app is not longer working well on the latest iOS 17.4 version. Please let me know so I can change to android instead. Thanks

Grinder to respond to every suggestion
You all realize you are just here to bark out your complaints and literally no one will ever hear from the folks looking at these at Grinder. The more you move away from the app it gives better ones out there a chance. They limit free experience to a row of folks to check out, increased price for nothing unique, allowed str8 to overwhelm the opportunity to take space from a gay man, spam accounts are multiplying like fire at any location, and gave up on making it a gay mans app long time ago. Allow Reporting of Blocked User
Allowing reporting of users who have blocked you in all locations and areas. This is a feature in some locations but not all.
When someone blocks you faster than you can report them because they know what they are doing violates site rules is not helping to create a better and safer site. Being able to report a user for violating site rules only allows the community to be safer. Can't create account or login without Google Play Services installed
I don't have google play services installed by choice for privacy reasons, but the Grindr app doesn't let me set up an account or login. Google services should be a soft dependency, used when they're available, but not critical.
There's nothing Grindr does that requires google services, account sign up should be via Grindrs servers, location can be via android location permissions, and notifications can be via email or unified push

Fix app bugs
How about we stop putting out new features and focus on fixing the problems with the current features first. Also let’s try to prioritize responding to reports from users (both paid and free users) and not make them wait over a month for a response. One last suggestion is maybe it would be a good idea to test a feature to iron out the bugs before rolling it out to the masses.

Don’t compress photos
I’m being told my newly uploaded recently taken iPhone 13 Pro photos are blurry , for the first time in all my years of using grindr. I suspect it has to do with grindr compressing these photos. This is a photo driven app and interaction is driven by media sharing. Grindr should not be compressing photos and lowering quality as it directly affects the enjoyment and mutual trust among users

New function: A regular’s list
A great new function would be to create a « Regular’s list ». People who are regular hookups, and who would receive a notification when I am looking for a hookup now/later today. It would save so much time asking everyone each time.

equally unlocked or disclosed info data which is gone through verified to each other who do have same verified info data, especially on face profile which representing identity to avoid having any user or hacker take opportunity to get others discreet info as well as better protection and satisfaction experience for all user
