Sexual safety
There should be a feature to allow you to anonymously tell someone to go for STI testing to allow people who have recently tested positive for something to alert others they hooked up with that they need to get treated as well.
If the feature is abused to harass others, this can be detected by identifying individuals who send these alerts with abnormal frequency to people they haven't had a reciprocal conversation with in the past or whose initial conversation was too recent and they couldn't possibly have had enough time to hook up with them and get tested. Move my location when sending location.
My location is not accurate and is requiring me to enter my personal information in messages like telephone number or street address to arrange hookups. Would be better to allow me to move the location on the map to where my location really is.

Stop bumping everything to unlimited
Stop making everything Unlimited level. Grindr is the most expensive dating app/site I use already. I refuse to pay $65.99 AU per month to see who tapped and looked at me.

Multiple, Non-penetrative, "versatile side".

Accepts NSFW filter broken
"Accepts NSFW photos" doesn't appear on profiles anymore even though the filter still exists. What's the point? Fix your broken app properly!

Upload multiple pictures at once instead of having to do one picture at a time
Upload all your pictures at once by being able to select multiple at a time. Instead of the long way of uploading one pic at a time. It’s especially long when you have to continuously go into hidden album to upload just one pic at a time.
