Ethnicity filter or an ethnicity tag.
I am a person of color and would love to find others like myself for a sense of community. It’s not racist to have a preference or to want to connect with those who can understand you more culturally. I moved from a city that was mostly Caucasian and received more hateful messages when the filter was removed.

Remove ads from grid
Putting 3 of the same ad targeted toward a job located in one specific part of the US is a waste of already limited grid space. More than likely intentional to push users to purchase an already exorbitantly expensive subscription. Keep ads solely in the messages section.

compatibility/‘i’m their type’ filter
I’ve seen a few posts on here suggesting a who-sees-you filter based on age, or location— e.g. that post about a scenario wherein a professor might not want their profile to be displayed to those under 21– i.e. potential students, and it gave me a slightly different idea: filtering the profiles that are displayed to you, to not only meet your search criteria, but also for whom you meet their search critera.
Because it would allow users to see profiles where they match the other person’s search criteria, this feature could help reduce potentially negative or disheartening interactions by connecting…

Seria bom permitir o recebimento do código de confirmação da conta via e-mail vinculado ou WhatsApp pois SMS complica a vida. Tem áreas que o sinal da operadora é muito fraco aí só por wi-fi mas por wi-fi não só recebe SMS somente o WhatsApp ou e-mail

Specify next to “my tags” and “my tribes”
My Tags and My Tribes just need to explain to these guys that
your whole profile is about YOU. These sections are for the user to describe themselves, not what they desire! There’s a bunch of tops in searches for bottoms. There’s a bunch of alpha straight guys in searches for trans woman. AGE VERIFICATION
It's no secret that there are unfortunately a lot of underage teens who easily access this app and either lie about being 18 or admit it and people still don't care. Age verification using a drivers license, ID, or passport is very important so that people can be sure that they aren't being tricked and so that minors can be protected and not be able to easily access the app. Also so that older people do not lie about being younger. Grindr is usless unsafe without mock location!
Thé last version is worst so far ,i no longer feel secure or safe not being able to Fake m'y location as before
if Grindr block mock location i Can no longer cange m'y location while i live in a country where i Can get in troubles or danger being exposés to closer people

"Block back" Block a Blocker
This blocking process needs some clear thought.
When a user initiates a block he can unblock anytime he wants and view, contact, harass or otherwise stalk the user he previously blocked. Furthermore, the person being blocked loses the entire chat. We have a right to that data. It is a direct conversation and we are entitled to access.
At a minimum, blocked users should:
1. Have access to all the data passed between the concerned parties including but not limited to text, pics, gifs, memes etc.B. The user that got blocked should have the ability to block the user…
