  1. Remove access to older versions of the app which are easily hacked and can be used to view all photos in albums without being granted access

    Apparently older versions of this are modified to an extent that creates very real privacy issues because it allows the user to video call any user without being notified on the other end. Allowing them to access the camera of any chosen user. If you guys need guidance on which exact versions are being exploited just email me and I'll get that info for you guys!!

  2. Age verification

    There should be some sort of age verification required for new and existing users , because there are a lot of guys who are over the age of 40 who have their age as 25-30, which makes it hard to find people around my age to chat with

    When the users try to connect via Live video calls, it's annoying. Kindly add the option in the settings to block unless the user activates it.

  5. No restricted control on profile viewing for "Free user account" .

    Grindr should consider to allow Users with free account can have more combinations of Grindr Controls, and able to have more selections view on nearest profiles,since the latest changes of Explorer features have reduce to 1 profile/per day.
    Not everyone are able to effort paying high cost on Grindr XTRA / Unlimited due to the high living expenses in their own countries.
    Some users don't think necessary to pay Grindr XTRA /Unlimited because not every users be logging in to their profile so often/everyday, hence with just having a free user account is enough for their viewing.

  6. Your gonna need to fix this put some work in because it don’t work. I get notifications left and right to open the app and see nothing

    It can say 20+ notifications. Open to find nothing. Either this is on purpose, You AI is running loose or you got gay ghosts fucking with shit. Do you have any kind of security or firewall service because this ain’t cutting it.

  7. You should be able to ‘mark’ profiles you have already read, but ruled out for some reason

    Being older, I get frustrated when going in to profiles to see ‘no old guys’ or ‘under 25 only’, etc. It is fine for guys to say this, but you can’t always remember who they are and waste time going back into their profiles. An easy tick or cross identification mark on your phone could remind you not to go back there.

  10. Make the system work

    Here is a idea grinder how about you fix you app it has nearly got to the point of unusable.. My messages keep disappearing and then they come back profile disappear.. My friends can’t see me on grinder but other people can and that is just the start of your issues grinder .. … Even to just submit this is a painful process

  14. Stop Allowing Multiple Profiles

    There are at least 4 people I can think of that I’ve blocked. Then I get another message from them. So I block them again. Then another message and so on so forth. They create a new profile just because so many people block them. Maybe don’t allow someone to have multiple profiles. What’s the point in blocking? One person I have blocked 4 times.

    I am someone who puts my own picture on the display but a lot of times I am asked by users to share more pictures or video call for verification doubting my integrity. If we can introduce a feature of verification and get blue ticks in, match profile picture with my live photo, that would really help people feel that what they see on display is true and no other verification needed.

  18. Filters for preferences

    At this point there are just as many trans/mfm etc profiles as gay ones. Why not let us filter?

    It's disappointing gay men no longer get to have a place to meet because we're bombarded with women the entire time. I simply didn't come here for that. And I don't WANT to get hit on by women, regardless that I haven't any negative feelings about them. It's not a turn on sorry.

    Rather than create division by pitting everyone against each other for a space in the grd, allow filters and let everyone get along finally.
