Fix distance it is saying we're closer than we really are they go to send there location and they're further according to Google maps fix it
Fix distance it is saying we're closer than we really are they send out the location and Google maps says they are like 20 miles further and then what grinder says we don't want to drive that far and it ends up just being a waste of time it needs to be fixed ASAP should match what Google maps says

Actual verification for every person making a profile
Anyone making a profile should be required to prove they are the person in the photos! The amount of fake profiles and catfishing is RIDICULOUS!! They should have to prove to Grindr they are real and then in turn Grindr should have a badge on their profile to confirm they are NOT a catfish!! Very simple to implement bc you guys do it for Motto why not here??

Ability to turn off taps
Please make an option to shut off taps and DONT MAKE IT A XTRA OR STUPID UNLIMITED FEATURE. Its where a lot of bots contact ya and its just plain stupid. Start making people actually talk

Change in how to sign up
Change the method of sign up so people need a code verification to the cellphone number instead of Emails so they stop creating several accounts

The message section only shows 1 even when several messages have been sent by someone, android 12, mui 13.0.

Bring back circles
The “circles” chat rooms were great for feeling like part of a community, especially for people who live far from any scene. They weren’t perfect but I’d like to see Grindr attempt something like that again, on an opt-in basis.

Job Search/Hire
There have been plenty of times that I have home projects that I am working on, or home issues that need immediate attention.
I think it would be cool to hire a local gay or bi contractor/trade worker via Grindr, since the app shows distance and allows filtering. This could also be used for any legal for hire service.

Creating groups
Make it easier to create groups by sorting profiles by how recently you spoke with them. This should be a no-brainer.

Bring back location spoofing
I used a GPS spoofer as did many other for safety and work reasons. I normally only set it a few blocks away! The newest update removed that ability and made me consider moving to another app.

Let users see all photos in album. Your UI is not friendly that people don't know there are other pictures behind the first in the album

Allowing LGBTQ Non-Profits to have Profiles
There is an amazing LGBTQ non-profit in my area which offers free, reliable STI testing and AIDS resources. They have had a Grindr profile on and off over the last year where they posted their phone number and logo. You could also chat with them to schedule appts and find resources. I scheduled my first appt with them through Grindr and had a great experience. However, they told me today while I was getting tested that their profile keeps getting removed because it violates some policy. Why would Grindr not want an organization which advocates and support a safer sex…
