5. Filter who can message you

   Why is there not a pre filtering system, you can set up who you want to see, why can't that be applied to who can interact with you? Why do I need to 'hide' hundreds of guys a week who just delete their account, make a new one and do it again the next day it's absolutely agonizing Fab has had this for ages it's ludicrous it's not on here already.

   Grindr has really destroyed this app. I used it for years without all these ads. There are just way too many.You can't even click on messages without it.Hijacking you and taking you to an ad that you can't get rid of unless you close grinder out and restart it. Not to mention all the females and the trans.I am a gay man, a homosexual male. I don't wanna see trans people.I don't want to see women or young asian girls.It's almost like they're trying to promote pedophilia, with all the little asian women that are on this platform. And how does grindr support the gay community?When they're going out of their way to limit gay men which are the only ones that are gay because homosexual women are lesbians.They're limiting our ability to meet each other, or find each other, or even talk to each other On here. You can't even look in other states or cities.You may be visiting and message anyone without paying money. How does that say support for the gay community? How does limiting our ability to find and meet each other Support the gay community.?The gay bars are full of women and straight people.And now so is this app. Grindr used to be great.You could always find someone to talk to you. Could find people in other cities and states. Now it's money, money, money, money, money, money, money, money. Grindr has turned its back on the gay community to support trans and straight people and young asian girls, what the fuck is going on? Why would anyone want to pay for this app when you see what they've turned it into. Sure, some ads are okay, but how did they have it up for years without this many ads if the money is so important? What they're doing is they're running off gay men just like the gay bars did. With all the females straight people and bachelorette parties. Gay men don't wanna be around that. It's only a matter of time before men stop using this app and someone creates one that was more like grindr in its early days.It actually supports and cares about gay men or homosexual men's needs and understands that we need a place for just ourselves. Send them your reviews and your comments. Because the owners or moderators, or whoever making these decisions to shove trans and females down our throats has no support for the gay community.     Normalmente paga 3700 pesos chilenos por los Boost pero ahora vengo llegando e Estados Unidos que me cobraron 11000 pesos chilenos , soy cliente antiguo y pago anual además por tener más visibilidad , no es primera vez que me pasa . Deberían fidelizar al cliente que compra servicios adicionales , revisen mi historial y verán que he comprado demasiada el año 2025 completo y ahora lo suben es forma exorbitante .

    I've been on grindr for 12 years. I have always wanted a way to block and report without clicking on the profile. (Tap and hold. A list appears. With block and report as options)

    So you never have to be on someone's recent views at all... you can discreetly block without anyone ever seing you visited there profile even for 30 seconds..

    I’m so disappointed that there are over 21 pages of propositions to add a chaser identifier to the app consisting of dozens of prompts each and those collectively having thousands of votes- and still nothing is done. This is not a complicated ticket to complete?

    I want to understand why this goes unheard and remains unacknowledged

    What is the purpose of maintaining this “uservoice” web domain if it is just an echo chamber?

    Guys- Grindr is the standard dating app for gays in North America. Please just make it mutually accessible for bigger dudes looking for chasers, instead of forcing us to just “shoot our shot” with 1000 shallow body shaming boys, in search of the fraction of guys who would happily click “chaser” as a tribe and tag.

16. Distance away, first people 12-16 miles away (hate it)

    Not sure if you all did the “distance” away (first people are 12-17 miles away) to try and mix up who is close by to you, but I absolutely hate it. Especially if they don’t have the distance feature on, I don’t know if they are close to me or many many miles away. I enjoy getting connected with people close to me, not far away, if I wanted that, I would search for people farther away. Please change this feature back, myself and a lot of people hate this. I really enjoyed Grindr over scruff, but because of this distance “issue” I have started using scruff more to chat with people close to me, until it is fixed.
