Let filters control who sees your profile
Get seen by more people who are your type, by making your profile visible only to profiles who match the filters you set. This could be an option, not default behaviour.

Longer bios
Allowing for more characters in bio allows one to flesh out personal details, desires, info, etc, as opposed to using shorthand. Those who want to keep bios brief can, but as Grindr seeks to expand and cater to different crowds, perhaps a longer bio could help with diversifying the app’s usage.

Can we have a gay pronouns and gender orientation.
We need pronouns, gender orientation and specific bio for straight people to understand some of the gay guys are non- binary, feminine and etc. Not all of us likes brotherhood, speak the "bro" language, toxic masculinity, inclusivity, equal or many other issues relating to this. I won't stop fighting for these issues as a Gay Individual. 🌈

Color code for interest tags
If you had two colors in the tag s ction one color would be for "Self Identitiers". These would complete a series tags that finish the phrase 'I am'.
ie: Bear, Twink, Dom, sub, etc
Then you would have a second color for the tags that indicate 'I am interested in/looking for'
This would solve the problem where I constantly have to ask people after reading their profile which tags are 'them' and whivh are their interest.3 votes -
Ethnicity.
It doesn't let you pick the person's ethnicity. And it does not let you decide on your location..

Add top/side and Bottom/side option
Please add top/side and bottom/side and vers/side as an option. As someone that would identified as top side, i think a few people would like to show that although they like penetrative sex its not a must

Lost chats
How about a proper download of your previous chats. I frequently break phones it's mildly frustrating to loose a chance or miss out because your conversations are gone.

Add Tradie to tags
Tradie in Australia / UK / Ireland is a person whose job is within the trade industry. E.g. plumber, carpenter, electrician etc. This is a huge kink for a lot of people

With all ‘more awareness’ to black lives matter, latinos presentation, non-binory representation, asian slut-haming: ethnicity proves to be so extreme lovers of their favorite types of sex. Stop Limiting How Many People We Can See At Once
Seems as time progresses grinder is giving less and less , I get that the point is to sell memberships but you also have adds that pay for the free version.
You have limited the people we can view
Limited the filters
Limited the view of people who saw our profile
And now limited the fresh tabIt’s really getting to a point where it’s more limiting then allowing to interact and slowly people will get off it.

Tags are broken
When I try to search with a single tag (eg rough), even with 0 other filters enabled (eg position, age), I often can't view a single profile! Grindr should always show a minimum of 15 profiles or so for free, otherwise what's the point?

Next to the username and age on the “people near you” section, list which position they’ve listed. top, vtop, Vers, vbot, bot, side.

A separated feature focus on only shows people interested in dating ( monogamous or not) and compatible with each other.
